If you play the game at 280 fps, this will result in high power consumption. It would be interesting to see how the power consumption is reduced if the game is limited to 60 fps.
Is hayate new?
Hayate has been out for a while now, but it got buffed recently so it now has smoke and TRB in separate slots instead of sacrificing one for the other
There was also a 0.3s reload buff I believe but the TRB change was the biggest one
Got mine for 2 million free exp. Not sure how to get one now. The recent buff makes it a better ship but still not worth the exp spend. The thing cant turn, still slow as hell, the guns still arnt worth a crap with high arcs vs any gunboat DD and super load torp relaod. Spend the exp to get the Yamagiri...better in every way.
