- We could have gone an hour more a couple weeks ago and we can say the same for today's episode as we bring Mike Milbury back to give us some more stories from his playing days as well as some pretty hot takes.
We talk about how Mike got his way into the NHL, playing for Head Coach Don Cherry & with an all time great in Bobby Orr. - Sport
Loved hearing this Podcast, amazing insight. I remember playing against Bobby Orr's Parry Sound Team when they came to my town,I was so excited to meet him, what a nice person he was!!!
Pure gold.
Awesome!
Great show
Great interview.
Ask guest A question.....GO! Genious!!!!
Grew up in worcester watching every bruins game molded my game around millbury and that's why I never went anywhere.
Where can I get one of those caps?!!!??!!?
He’s great boys,, fucking good dude,,,
Mario ... so true.
At 30 minutes what about Gordie Howe !!!!!
I say any 10 clones of Gordie should beat any other combinations of any NHL PLAYERS.
BUT I’m an old guy
An even older guy would nominate Newsy Lalonde. I hope you get my point.
Did Milbury just say Messier was a better player than Gretzky?
Yep.... actually ridiculous
Rationale: he'd beat him up
😂😂
Lol
Mario 1 is ok,orr 2 fine
Messier 3......lol not serious
Messier would be better because....what the fact every team Wayne was on with him he was better.
It just baffles logic
"He'd beat him up"......a) can he catch him b)not the point of the topic
But more importantly c) Howe is better than messier using this logic
But imo it's wayne 1
There was Bobby and then there was everybody else but Mario was better😣😣
Mario has terrible plus / minus numbers & can not be considered the greatest ever. Playing only at one end of the ice you will have great scoring opportunities. Marion was incredible. Huge, talented. Orr was the best ever. All 3 zones of the ice. Orr's plus minus numbers were to the moon & back.
how high was he when luongo and jokinen were traded for parrish and kvasha
Mike Milbury worst GM in NY Isles history
Mario lemeaux was not better than Bobby orr.nobody was .his skating ability was far superior to any other player I've ever seen.
orr was overrated . id take denis potvin over him any day of the week
charles wang the late isles owner treated mike very well and paid him a lot of money over all the years he employed him and what did this POS milbury do? he goes on spittin chicklets and makes fun of him after he died class act as usual mike
