Love your thrifting with your three girls . I too have three girls only one goes thrifting with me . One lives In Kentucky, I live in Ohio. They live about an hour away , not too far the other two lives close to me . Two of my granddaughters use to go thrifting with me but.when they graduated from college they moved away because of their jobs. They live together about an hour away but still in Ohio. I see them as often as I can.thats what happens when grandchildren gets grown. 😢makes me sad but happy for them. I miss my thrifting buddies.🥺you have great kids and so do I looks like God has blessed us . 🥰❤️ oh by the way great haul loved the picture.❤️and the rest.💞

The scarf looks better untied. I love your style. I'm disabled so its hard for me to change out decor for seasons so I just chose a season and stick with it; Autumn. My disability causes me a lot of pain so most days its hard for me to even walk. But I do have good days when am able to rearrange things some. I haven't been thrifting for a couple months though. I'll be happy when God gives me some healing and I'm able to get around better.

I checked the price on the baking dish, and it was 80.00. I wish that I could have a mother daughter day, but my daughter passed away. She use to go with me when she was here. She wasn’t crazy about it like I am, but she went for me. It’s been a year, but it seems like a hundred years. I’m very happy for you and your daughters. May GOD bless you.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you so much for updating. I’m in hospital right now because of my poor health and recovery from transplant rejection and your videos have been one of the only things keeping me excited and distracted from all the pain. So thank you for everything. It may not seem like much but you’re really amazing, I was surprised over how well you managed to add the pieces into your home and decorate them so well, it inspired me to look at objects in different ways other then what they intended for. Definitely would gotten the big picture and the patriot sketches. I graduated in 1976 from a high school plus we were the PATRIOTS!! I always look thru picture area and the picture frames. Love the green and golden vases. I not seen those in a long time. Wow you found a butt basket and I would snatched that up. Your Goodwill have much better selection than mine. Occasionally, I find great stuff but not that often. Adorable fall wagon. I have been trying to find more copper stuff. I want to use copper in our new kitchen. Lately, I only have found copper molds. I love old books too. You are such an inspiration to me and many others. The scarves at our local Goodwill have been $4.99. I plan to go check to see if they have lower them. I never find pillowcases or shams there either. Keep inspiring us!

I gasped out loud at that rack of old wallpaper! I love finding Waverly toile patterns, so french country. I use it inside oversized picture frames instead of installing it onto the walls, that way I can change it out seasonally.
Yes, it was beautiful! I’ve already purchased some at another goodwill!

What a fun time with your girls & grandson. I laughed out loud when I saw Kelsey exercising to help start labor pains. My youngest son was a week over due. My mom & sister took me shopping at our new mall that had just opened, to walk to try and get things moving along. I loved the winter picture. It’s going to be beautiful above your buffet. I wish I could have you come to my new place when I get moved to help me style my decor. Your bathroom DIY is beautiful as well. Everything is beautiful. Everyone really scored big time. I love to see your family go thrifting with you....it's such a great gift to give them. I take my kids thrifting also. My oldest son loves to go thrifting me. It's such a great time. He moved to another state and I miss him and the times we had thrifting together. At least it gives me an excuse for a road trip. You all had great finds.

I’m telling you Julie…you are a Northern Girl deep in your soul…YOU LOVE SNOW PICTURES ❄️ Come on up and you can have a different scene daily November through April of snow…..LOL!!!! ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️. Don't laugh at me, but this is my favorite video because you have all your girls with you. I just want to share that my daughter is coming home for a visit on June10. My son-in-law serves in the US Army in South Korea and I miss them more than I can say. They will be here for a month. I know that I have told you before that your channel has helped me through some tough times. You are the neighbor I go thrifting with after coffee in the morning.
You have such a close family, sends great vibes to me. There were so many things I would have picked up at that GW; great pieces with good prices. Our Gws would charge at least twice that.

When you walked into the store and spotted the picture, I thought "I hope it's not overpriced!" which is what I do when I spot something I really like. I was so happy for you when I saw it was $4.99! - and the smaller one too. No scratches or dings on either frame also. I liked the set of 3 pictures your daughter bought as well. I hope you got that little "basket of strawberries". All of you had some excellent finds today! You are making good use of your Rustoleum paint. The peg hooks look excellent & the pantry door upcycle in the bathroom too! I enjoyed today's video VERY much!

This is the second time I've watched this video. I want just about every piece of decor you and your girls picked up! Awhile back I thought you were looking for a butter dish with a handle. I have a Wexford dish that didn't have a handle so I purchased a crystal drawer pull from the hardware store and glued it with E 6000. The handle helps because my hands are often wet when I cook. Give it a try with the glue gun first because if it doesn't work for you, that glue will come off.

Looks like you had a great mother and daughter day.I would give the winter scene a light dusting - is it a painting or a print? Robert Wood who painted it was an Englishman who settled in America and churned out landscape after landscape.
I love the size of the thrift shops out there - ours are too small.

Hey Julie!!! I had a deja vu moment while watching this video. The winter scene picture you purchased looked extremely familiar to me and I couldn’t figure out why. Well, this morning at work, I walked into my boss’s office and there on his wall was this exact print. It stopped me dead in my tracks and I said “Julie just purchased that for $4.99!” Lol What’s even funnier is, the artist name is Robert Wood and so is my boss! No relation to the artist. Everyone at work has asked him if he painted it.

That painting could be worth a lot of money. Robert Wood was an artist from California I believe. His stuff goes to auction as high as $5,000!

I found an 11×14 Marcella Packard painting for $5.49 @ GW and it was appraised for $500.
I love watching you videos and how you use the things you purchase. I don't know how true this is but I read somewhere that if you put old books in very cold temp for about a month it will kill any mold or other things in old books if needed. I see where you keep butter out on your counter. I also do that. Always have it ready and spreadable.

I place books and clothes in a plastic bag. Spray with bedbug spray and leave outside for a week in a secure and dry place.

Beautiful. I love the little butter knives. Great idea. I’m always walking back & forth to the silverware drawer for a knife when I’m cooking just to get a few pats of butter. It drives me crazy. I’m definitely gonna look for a way to do this beside my stove. TY for the idea. ❤️
