What a place, so beautiful and devoid of crowds. Wow! Looks like such a fun experience with a great bunch of people and a great way to improve technique. I just wish I lived a lot closer. Great video as always and still really enjoying your musical creativity 👍
Thanks for watching Greg. I was so impressed with the runs on this weekend, the scenery was absolutely spectacular. I learned some great tips while out with Geoff, he knows his stuff that's for sure. We had guests drive up from Cornwall on a previous weekend in Snowdonia.
In Porthmadog last week ( long drive from Newquay) Black Rock beach was breathtaking. Harlech beach too. The Cambrian mountains were epic on the way home. Thanks for another wicked upload.

On the Llyn, you parked in the car park at the entrance of the drive down to Nant Gwrtheyrn, which is the national Welsh Language Centre. It's wonderful there!
I live on pen llyn. U where lucky with the weather lol I feel so luck to live here when I see peoples reaction to the beauty of pen llyn glad you had fun u need vist again mate

Hey there Dean - great to catch up with your videos - even the older ones too. Im impressed with your level of fitness and energy. Yes last time we spoke I remember you had back trouble and Im sure that is history now. The power of plants and mobility. Also ive done couple of years meat free. Currenly doing 60 days juice only fast and lost 50 pounds. well hope to be running up them thar hills soon! but some way to go yet. Even got a bike - just need full frame A7 now! hope to get out on some bivvy lightweight camps. Ive been missing the video production but Im out there out there again soon and currently finishing off a film that takes me to what has become a favorite part - the Lyn Peninsula - in search of King Vortigern. can be difficult to seperate myth from fact in those parts! Music has dried up a bit but just a matter of getting inspired and firing up the virtual music station and being free from distractions. see you out there one day! Great to hear from you Deano. Indeed the power of plants combined with the amazing healing machine and human physiology = reversal of any conditiion back o health. Juice fast going great, thanks and today is 60 days an not even hungry nor have any cravings! so kind of in the 'jo Cross' league now ! I lreached my target of 77 pounds by about 50 days but maybe some time before running the trails like you do but would be amazing fete to run round laybower like you did and have energy to spare. Anyways hope your daughter is going good and remember your early videos out camping the likes of the 3 shires and mermaids pool.. and the marshmallows too was a blast. I still watch many of your earlier ipiring videos. But hey Dean, thanks fo your videos that have inspired many of us here over several decades to get out away from the toxic TV. Also thankyou for the music inspiration too! i always look out or you out there! One day will bump into you maybe. n the interim will be back on the llyn peninsula to continue my story on king Vorigerm whom I belive fortified the fortress @ Tre'r Ceiri and my travels inspired by Thoms Pennant travels in 1770s and the book - a tour in Wales..
