I can actually explain this! So what likely happened was the director called for the switch board operator to switch from that tight camera to the wide camera. Knowing how prepped these shows are the tight camera once hearing the director say "Take camera #" started to prepare for their next shot set up, however the switch board operator was a tad slow to change the camera to the wide, thus you get a peak at the camera changing positions. Likewise though it could've been the tight camera operator jumping the gun a bit before the switch board operator got the cue to change cameras, I've witnessed it myself where the camera op is all ready to change angles only to start too early.

You can't unsee this, but for a brief second, camera shakes and then started to zoom.
