    Always happy to eat my cereal and watch your fishing videos in the morning! Before my fishing adventures got out yesterday! And caught some decent wild trout in the middle of the city! And got my driving learner’s permit!

    Awesome video.!!
    Yesterday morning I went fishing at the western part of Stonecoal lake. The last 5/6 acres of the lake are extremely flat and very shallow. Nobody fishes it because of this. So I got my rubber boots and waded out to the top of my boots, wind blowing 20 mph in my face and I’m thinking what in gods name am I doing out here.?? I’m using a white paddle tail super fluke weightless and the water is starting to turn orange from all the chop from the wind. On the second cast a big wake charges my fluke and it disappeared.!! Set the hook and reel in a very well earned 6 pound bass biggest of this year. You’re videos are so incredible and help me so much with my fishing in and around upshur county West Virginia. Thanks.

    First i Would like to say this channel by far is one of the best along side with TRF fishing i do alot of fishing almost every day LoL no matter when it could be day or night i get the opportunity im going. Usually after it gets dark i switch over to cat fishing but over the past year of learning and watching videos about bass fishing my favorite technique is the drop shot i have cought more bass and bigger ones at night than i could during the whole day anything i put on the drop shot they would bite it. I just had to share this i live in northern California and fish lake oroville

I've got a ton of worms and flukes, but since picking up Swimbaits four years ago, I m completely hooked! I have fish on beds in my so I have to have a lizard and jig. Get yourself a Slammer around, low light, or windy and cloudy and hold on!

Friends are taking me Thursday and Friday and will try some suggestions I've learned. It's still pre spawn here but word is they are making beds👍. Ty tc

    • @kansasoutdoors
      @kansasoutdoors Před 2 lety

      Best all around is a 7ft medium power spinning rod with a 2500 size reel, pair that with 15lb braid to 10lb fluorocarbon leader. Best all around casting combo is 7ft medium heavy with a 7:1.1 gear ratio, stay with either 15lb fluorocarbon or 30lb braid

    • @andybales7318
      @andybales7318 Před rokem

      7' med/heavy fast tip baitcaster, 7:1:1 reel, and 15-17 lb. Monofilament will be the most versatile setup u can have...if using spinning, 7' medium with 30lb. braid...however, the baitcast setup is more versatile for almost all lures, except finesse techniques

    Thank you so much I was fishing rip rap yesterday and I was wondering how can I compete versus all these gizzard shad, proton from time to time I would see a bass come up there and eat a few of them but I could figure out what I could throw to get their attention. I tied on a bright blue with chartreuse tail trick worm caught two then (one on the drop) then Sunday i caught 5 on the same trick worm color. I got two aggressive ones they were trying to eat it the rest I caught on beds just taking the bait and putting it out of the nest. I have a oversized zoom fluke it's white you think I should try to throw that there's some big bass where i fish

    • @ratbird3290

    I stayed committed to a frog for three hours and three different leaks the only way I can get hit on a frog is if it’s got paddle tails in the back like a whopper popper the longer hunter the all white one but other than that I’ve had best blow up on top of them I have let them go under the water and that was about it I don’t know if the hooks would’ve been right if I didn’t modify it right but I don’t understand why you should have to modify anything that’s over six bucks specially when they’re mass produced you know how hard is it to set a frame inside of a hollow body to where the hooks can penetrate the roof of the mouth and not have to worry about the leg and the leg of the body part that blows it out and makes it sicker when they should just mold that area a little bit stronger word ain’t got a glue the legs in or however they’re Have them but the skirt leagues very angry I only know a few people that I fish with that actually catch fish with them but for me about I’d rather walk a dog I use my spoon am I spooked Junior that’s what I have Lock with an I put a feather tail in the back of it
