      It is because all these hospitals fall under Healthcare Insurance and the Healthcare Auditors, where they consider each case seriously, as their money and reputation are on stake.
      The quacks are able to operate freely in countries like Pakistan, India, or Bangladesh.
      The whole system is corrupt and protected by those who don't trust this system and get the services from abroad, where systems are correctly implemented.

      Why is that everywhere around the world women give birth normally and over here in Pakistan every other women is having C-section?
      I will legit never let these doctors diagnose my wife when I get married.
      My two friends recently became fathers. One is in Netherlands, one is here in Islamabad.
      The one in Netherlands told me that his wife was not given any medication. The doctors just told her to eat healthy and exercise. His wife never had to visit doctors every two weeks. And she did a normal delivery.
      The one in Islamabad whose wife is much strong physically was on so much medication. Had to visit doctor every other day. Was deliberately injected with so many unnecessary fluids and had to endure the C-section at the end.
      These doctors are butchers, the students that enter the medical field only enter just for the money and the title, these guys don't have any empathy for the patients.

      Wow what sort of generalization is happening here I’m not amazed by it
      But do me a favor and check charges of normal delivery in the US or in Netherlands those are expenses are either overseen by insurance companies or Governments so doctors are paid heavily in both of these countries . The host talk about consultancy etiquette of Aga Khan Hospital,that they see only 4 patient per hour,but forgets to mention the consultancy fee. I’ll tell you; the fee of just consulting the doc in AKU is 5000. You bring money the right way in medicine it will benefit both the doctors and patients

    Sir you haven't exposed the relation of doctors and pharmaceutical companies, who offer a lot of perks to doctors e.g companies pay utility bills of doctors for their clinics, hospitals and even their houses, companies gives cars to doctors, companies pay school, college, university fees of doctor's children they offer holiday trips to doctors national and international tours (including their family) as well in the name of academic workshops and of course against all this doctors have to give business to pharmaceutical companies and that's the reason doctors prescribe unnecessary medicines to poor paitents kindly make a part 2 of this video after doing research if you need any kind of information regarding to this then I'm available because I've worked in pharmaceuticals industry for 5 years and a sales and marketing representative / medical representative and even after getting all these perks doctors see medical representatives as shudars like they are some low cast creatures

    • @Shreaadedaa
      @Shreaadedaa Před 2 měsíci

      yes you are right but its doctors that are the reason that Pharma is sponsoring these gifts and perks, because if they deny sponsorship and gifts or even reduce it, doctors blacklists all the medicine from your companies, professors are very powerful, they Head the purchase departments, they straightaway ask what are you going to do for the hospital. Mostly all the private/ government hospital are renovated by private Pharma companies and I have worked in a multinational pharma, I know these companies operate on a very thin margin because sales are down all over the industry and due to dollar rupee difference getting bigger, prices of medicines are not revised, while all the raw material is imported which is why the cost of production skyrocketed. Pharma is cutting down on marketing but they cant cut down sponsorships, these doctors operate in so called societies which are groups of powerful doctors, if they boycott your medicine, no practitioner will prescribe your medicine no matter what you do, so you have to keep them happy. Pharma companies are very irritated, thats why almost all multinational pharma have left Pakistan and locals pharma is struggling

    I am so relieved that you guys have given light to this scary and huge problem that has been plaguing our society. I have experienced first hand doctors like these, he gave me double dose of antibiotic - 2 times more than the company itself had suggested, which led to me being unable to fast in ramadhan for a whole week and weakness for 2 weeks. I am very grateful to EON for highlighting this and I hope this will start a movement that will get rid of the malpractices present in the health sector iA.

  • @hamzakhan8996
    @hamzakhan8996 Před měsícem +2

    We need reforms in healthcare systems to correct all of this. Let me break down these problems
    1. Doctors want more money
    2. Patients don’t wanna give money
    3. Doctors and pharmaceutical and other mafias join to snatch money from patients
    So there needs to be a way for doctors to get paid enough without using these malpractice and patients or government needs to pay for it .
    Anyone who wants to understand it just study how nhs works or how healthcare of USA which is insurance based works.

Almost every year they send him and his whole family to paid vacations to Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai etc. and I'm not talking about a very well established doctor in a posh hospital. This is a normal child doctor who has a small clinic in a small area that can seat maximum 10 patients at a time

    The business of healthcare only cares for money and not the patient. I pray for a stronger doctors force who believe in their oath to overcome the business mafia and stuck-set administrators. A robust national health system needs to come into play to discourage and rid this country of private and unfair medical practices.

    As a junior Dr, I agree with most of your points. I want to adda few things,
    1 There are set guidelines and standards in all the parts of world like when to give antibiotic and when to go for C section and when not. And doctors are obligated to stick to those guidelines, otherwise they can be sued. In Pakistan, there are no set guidelines to be strictly followed.
    2 I personally worked in MAYO HOSPITAL LAHORE, there is no infrastructure in peripheral areas and all the burden is on a few govt hospitals. We usually see 400 to 500 patients in 12 hours medical emergency duty. With a very limited number of doctors, it's humanely impossible to give attention to all the patients. We need new govt sector hospitals. I know hundreds of junior doctors who are leaving country because there are no jobs for junior doctors in govt sector and private mafia hospitals are offering them 40, 000 or 50000 rupees for a month, after spending their 6 precious years of life.

    Recently I was admitted in a private hospital. My case was JOINTIS(PELIYA) And I was 3 days and in these 3 days I had 12/15 drips. And I'm from a middle class family and our family doctor prefers that hospital and in that period our work is not too good. But after I got off from the hospital. I collect all raseeds and calculate the amount that was 14000+RS that paid for medical and the total amount was around 30000rs. The rest 16000 was room rent and 2 tests(forget the name).

    KPK has very few big hospitals. The entire hazara division has to travel to Abbottabad for critical medical services. The condition of these hospitals is such that u prefer dying over being admitted there.

    It's crucial to instill a sense of humanity in medical students right from the beginning of their training. By teaching them humility and compassion early on, they'll carry these values into their practice and treat their patients with the respect and care they deserve. Unfortunately, we've seen that the problem starts early and extends beyond doctors to include pharmaceutical companies. These companies play a significant role in perpetuating this troubling system, influencing medical practices in ways that often compromise patient care for profit. Addressing this issue at its root is essential to fostering a more ethical and patient-centered healthcare environment.

    Dr Asad Aslam Khan is one of the wisest doctor in Pakistan.
    After his retirement from Mayo Hospital, he was appointment in Pakistan Organ Transplant Association and he wrote to the government that my salary is very too much compared to my work and it should be reduced. After salary reduction, he again wrote to the government that my salary is still to much, then he was forced to resign for his post.

    Thank you for the great findings Sir. Meri beti private hospital main paida hua hai, C section ke baad 2 din tak Dr. ne meri beti ko stomach infection keh kar. rakha aur 3rd day fajar ke waqt bula kar kaha hum isay nahi bacha saktay isay kisi aur hospital le jain. Dr. har visit ke liye 2000 ki fee bana rahay thay bus nothing else. Main apni beti ko Fouji Foundation le gaya kiu ke I trust the Dr.s and nurses there. Mera beta Umar waheen paida hua tha. Unhonay 15 din meri beti ko treat kia aur meri beti Masha Allah aaj 3 saal ki hai aur pehlay do bachon se ziada sehat mand aur active hai. Share karnay ka maqsad ye tha ke kabhi bhi private hospital main na jain, yes Fauji Foundation main civils ke liye fatigue kuch ziada hai but still far far better than the private hospitals. In addition, meri beti ko 2 WBC lagay aur 2 Blood which was arragned by the hosipital mujhay sirf jana para lenay ke liye. Jazak Allah Khair
