I'm in New Zealand...i wanted the borders shut at the end of January ..it took the Government a bit longer to initiate an international travel ban which resulted in positive cases of C-19.
A Quick response to take us to lock down saved many lives and dropped infection to single figures...this only happened by the acceptance and understanding of the situation by the public to self distance/self isolate and to respect public safety.
