Congratulations bro! I just got my first nice baitcasting outfit 2 days ago and only was able to fish it once! Can’t wait until I can take it out again! (It’s only a Lew’s Mach 1 but to me it’s sooo much nicer than what I’ve used before!)
Ain't a damn thing wrong with a Lews mach 1 baitcasting combo. It'll do you well. I still have and use a few Lews combos. I primarily fish with shimano and ABU GARCIA combos but I like the few Lews combos I do have. Can't go wrong with Lews.

Hey congrats guys great job. That first win feels amazing. Lojo I have never seen anybody change out fishing poles that much before lol.
You don't carry a spare prop? When I ran the local river I carried 2 spare props, 2 water pump impellers, and a full set of tools. Silt load in spots ate water pumps, hit a mud bar and pump mud/sand thru an impeller and it was toast on the spot... dead head logs that shifted constantly, rocks that moved... that river changed year to year so taking out props was a given. And I carried a dozen shear pins!

You all should travel up here to Chickamauga lake an fish a tournament. I’ve got a boat, it’s not a great boat but it works, just get here an fish. Sometimes Wheeler fishes with these guys, we could even try to get him out since the season is over. Hit me up let’s talk about it.

Congratulations on the "W"! Nice teamwork! I heard from a guy in Louisiana (Spirit of the Outdoors CZcams) that bowfin are actually good to eat they call them grennel. He said you have to fillet them as soon as you kill them, and pat the fillets down with a paper towel, without rinsing them, or refrigerating. Catch n cook same day, he just used seasoned bread crumbs...FishOn....Jim

I fished my first tournament in June and finally got some videos out, I caught some PB bass for me but still finished like 7th but I did win the Pike division and it was awesome to even place in any division can’t wait to get a chance to do it again
