ah how she says "Ragnarök", it is so pleaseing to the ear.
Gavin I once knew a demon by that name he was one of few that you could call a true bringer of the apocalypse mainly for his hate for humanity and wanting something like what the ancient Nordic people feared, the end of the world and their gods so I wouldn't be surprised if they saw a temple with such markings leading them to believe that their gods were telling them how the world would end and they weren't wrong and if you were sealed away for over 800,000 you would want the same thing to, to destroy your enemies right?
Even though the whole song is incredibly incredible, this truly is the best thing about it. ^^
It sounds very Swedish. The rolling "R" and the correct pronunciation of "Ö", as opposed to substituting it with an "O".
And yet nobody talks about how satisfying the man says Valhalla
Believe it or not that's the actual pronunciation as opposed to the bs that Hollywood is throwing at us...
So about 7 years ago I was listening to a five finger death punch song and youtube reccomended me a song from a band known as Sabaton. Rise of evil, and it was good enough I wanted to hear another song, so i clicked another reccomendation, then another, and fell in love over night with alot of metal bands from Europe.
Sabaton lead me to Ensiferum, Ensiferum Lead me to Alestorm, Alestorm lead me to Turisas, Korpiklaani, Tyr, Heidevolk, and eventually Amon Amarth. It wasn't long before I abandoned American Metal bands almost all together.
I can honestly say this and Defenders of Valhalla are by far my favourite 2 songs i've come across so far. You guys are Amazing and I hope you keep up the good work.

You certainly are not the only one. In fact, most native German speakers will notice this detail, as Ö is an "Umlaut" and isn't spoken like a regular O.
It's the correct way to pronounce Ragnarök. Everybody else's been saying it wrong.
Only cause they are Swedish, wonder how it sounds when a Norwegian sings it.

@@SailingMetal I think norwegians pronounce ragnarok with a short "o" and hard "k"(ragnar-oh-kk vs swedish ragnar-uu-k) , not much different from english but melodic and with rolling R's.
