I believe the point is to strive to be perfect,( faith without works is dead)to show your heart to God,but realize as a human being, it's impossible to be perfect and therefore we need Jesus Christ and His blood. A church without spot or wrinkle will enter because the blood has washed them and cleansed them. Not by their perfection but by His.

1 corinthians 11:4 Everyman who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head. So obviously the man must remove his covering before he prays or prophesies. If the scripture says any man praying or prophesying with his head covered (meaning cap on) he dishonors his head. and if a man must remove his head covering obviously he has on one ( Glory to God). If you can read into the scripture there is a head covering worn by men and a head covering worn by women. The Jewish men and women still wear head coverings. The mans head covering is called a Kippah or yamulkes. Its funny how you never see the men at first church walking around the streets with their head covering but they make the women do it. 1 corinthians teaches the Men and women when to and not to wear the head covering. That's scripture AM I RRRRRRight about it? lol
