Can you enable Video Stabilization when shooting at 4K 60fps on the main rear camera? My Note 10+ does not have that capability.
The Super Steady mode is only available using 1080p in 30fps and 60fps, but in the settings there is the option to turn on Video Stabilisation on 4K 60fps so I think there is going to be some sort of Video Stabilisation available but it's not the Super Steady mode

Hello brother, if I shoot video 60 frames does it support optical Zoom? 3 x or 10 ? In the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra I can shoot a video Only 30 frames With optical zoom 60 frames are not supported Please answer my question because I want to buy S21 ultra ?
@@behappy92 If you want to shoot in 4K 60fps, then you can only use the Ultra Wide and the Standard (from my testing). The Ultra Wide can only be accessed in Pro Video Mode as well. Samsung claims you can shoot 4K 60fps on all cameras but the phone I have isn't able to do it :( However if you want to shoot 1080p 60fps then yes you can do 3x and 10x optical zoom with it

not really, they release between 20 and 30 new handsets each year, but that is to a broad range of 280 million users, from budget phones costing $50 all the way up to the flagship $1200 models, it looks like they make a lot but they have a huge range of products for different needs

If there is no more expandable sd card, what memory size would you suggest to get? I mainly use my phone to take photos and some apps
For me I would go for 512gb because I take a lot of photos/videos! But if you don't take that many probably 256 is enough. It's also really easy to back up your photos to your computer/hard drive using the USB-C cable if you do run out of memory

Can you lock exposure for hyperlapse?
Because with my current Sammy I tried a sunset hyperlapse and it totally messed up by changing exposure every few minutes...
I dont think you can lock the exposure in 'Hyperlapse' mode but if you watch this video I made about taking an astro timelapse, you can use an app to trigger your phone to take a photo at a set interval using Pro Mode so the exposure is locked: czcams.com/video/3DafqsSMVbU/video.html

Thought about getting the s20 when it came out but glad I held out; this basically appears to be an improved version with all the kinks and bugs worked out.

Hang on, the Unpacked event said that you can shoot "4k video at 60fps with every lens". Not just on the main camera?
Ye it did say that - but I was unable to do it using this review unit.. I'm not sure why
Did samsung enable the raw support for the front camera in one ui 3.1? They removed it after the 2.5 update..
I never knew it was available on the front camera before 2.5, on this phone you can only use Pro Mode on the rear ultra wide and standard cameras

@@billytubes haha awesome ok. Actually just went to the store and looked at the phones and compared mine with those. The s20 ultra is diffently higher but not quite as much as I thought it would be.
I think I was worried to go from a 5.5 to 6.9inch screen. Seems like a lot but actually it wasnt too bad. those measurements are for screen size, not phone size. My s7 has larger bezels on the top and bottom too. So if you include that in total phone size, the s20 ultra size doesnt seen too bad

Do you know how exactly the Director's View works? Can you record with multiple lenses that all save in separate video files? And are they all still 4k 60fps each? or do they lower the quality to make it work?
Or maybe I'm thinking of the Vlogger View, hmmm
I just tested out the Director's View. When you record a video (it's at 1080p 30K I think), you can see all 3 cameras and also the selfie camera all at once, but it only records to the rear camera that you have selected. So when you select the ultra wide it records that and you can change it to the other cameras too but it doesnt record on all cameras at once. You can also do Picture in Picture with the selfie camera, Split view (50/50 top down), or turn the selfie camera off when recording

Anytime! I havent properly tested shooting indoors with moving people/animals yet but seeing how it performs outside in the dark I think it will be pretty good. Of course if it's too dark and subjects are moving around it will be hard for any camera but if it's relatively good light I think it will do fine

For the super steady mode, does it use optical and digital stabilization or just one?
I think it just uses digital but it might also use both - I'm not sure actually
So, I was so excited about the new exynos 2100 finally on par with snapdragon.
I was even considering upgrading from my s10+ to s21 ultra.
But Samsung being Samsung, they not only removed the charger from the box, but also the micro sd card.
I am extremely disappointed by this move, all the hype went out the window.
Imagine you have 300 gb data on your phone, and you have to factory reset it for some reason, you have to transfer that 300 gb data to a pc back and forth, which would take hours.
The public outbreak has already started, 99% samsung fans are angry over this move by Samsung.
Best thing about #Unpacked is that, most of those One ui 3.1 features will come to older flagships s10 and up.
It is definitely unfortunate they got rid of the micro sd card slot.. But you can connect your phone to the computer via usb-c and the transfer of 300gb shouldnt take that long to be honest.. Hopefully they bring it back in the next one!
@@demasrusli for me, thats a deal breaker because I dont have that strong of an internet connection and I dont have that good of a pc, I could live without the charger but the SIM CARD? Like, bruh.
there are ways to sync each folder you want to a NAS system. My phone do it each day automatically. You dont need a pc to do this. Just a NAS or a router with NAS function and a external ssd / hdd conected to your router ;) And your data are safe, even if you loose your phone ;)

6:27 not good color. Only iPhones has the most consistent and color accurate photos and videos esp skin tones of all races in all settings that you can rely on in a smartphone dude. If it's not broken don't fix it is Apple's philosophy. Less but better. Rather than fix what's broken in Samsung, they rather focus on higher specs which doesnt translate to solving their issues.
@@samuelmanny6231 At 6:27, I was showing examples from the Single Take Mode which applies filters and makes videos from the phone's AI.. That part was not showing how the colours come out of the camera when you take a photo

Hi. How do you think zoom quality compare to the Note 20 Ultra? Is f/4.9 on 10x "problem"? Note has only 5x zoom but it has f/3.0 and i think that hybrid 10x zoom looks amazing.
Nope I don't think f4.9 is a problem on the 10x telephoto. I actually think both the 3x and the 10x are better then the 5x on the Note 20 Ultra
No SD card means this phone is a no go for me. Sorry SAMSUNG.

Yes I think so - have you watched my astrophotography video using the Note 20 Ultra? If that phone can shoot good astro, then this phone can too :)

Is there a way you can let us know the bitrate it records at at 4k 30fps? I want to see if it matches my Lumix zs100 bitrate which runs at 100mbps (100,000 kbps). I want to see if this phone can replace this point and shoot camera which has a 1" sensor.
I just had a look at it seems like the bitrate is around 40mbps when shooting at 4k30fps

I tested some macro photography after I posted this video and it's pretty good! You can focus around 5cm away from the subject!
