    I am from Buffalo and when On the Garden City Skyway, St Catharines at Night looks like a MINI METROPOLIS! Very Scenic!! We Family Camped at Pleasant Beach in Sherkston for 27 years and spent some of the Best Years of my Life there and Still frequent the area at Humberstone and Merrittville Speedways!

    Great content and a subscriber for the last few months. I’m a soon to be retiree and live in a new build in Welland and wondering your opinion on the 2022 Welland market. I’m noticing Welland prices for new builds are creeping up to both St. Catharine’s and Niagara Falls values and wonder if this will continue. Thanks for your videos and it’s local content!!

      Thank you RC! I really appreciate your support and I'm happy you like my content. You actually bring up a great question about Welland with regards to pricing. You are absolutely correct about Welland's pricing creeping up closer to St. Kitts & Niagara Falls. In my opinion, our pricing in Niagara is becoming more blanketed and the fluctuations between municipalities aren't as prevalent. Welland real estate for 2022 will follow suit like the rest of Niagara and remain strong. If I had to guess, I would expect a 10-15% increase in prices.

    Hello. Thank you for this video! I am thinking of moving to Welland. Is it easy to find a family doctor in Niagara region or should I be on a waiting list for a long time? Thank you

    • @livinginniagara
      @livinginniagara  Před rokem +1

      Hi Julia! Your're very welcome; I appreciate your feedback! Recently, from what I've seen and heard, finding a doctor has become a lot easier than a few years ago. I noticed more doctors relocating into the area and opening up practices. In front of clinics, I have also seen more signs saying, "new patients welcome." That is a good indicator! Let me know if you'd like to arrange a call or zoom call to further discuss your possible move to Welland. Happy to help! -Andrew
