Incredibly impressed with this young man’s parents ❤ As a sufferer myself I have been through the worst of family not understanding and being supportive, even with me being a fully articulate adult who is able to explain my symptoms and struggles. Your support has clearly aided his speedy recovery. Amazing smart parents.

Absolutely outstanding 👏 👏👏👏👏I've cried almost all the way through this podcast - I'm so happy for Jack and his family.Absolutely amazing. I'm struggling myself with Long Covid /CFS due to having had long covid . Since having covid I have subsequently been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, GERD and Severe osteoporosis as a consequence of having Covid or was I boarder line and the virus pushed me over the edge 🤷🏼‍♀️either way I have all of the above and I mourn the life I had before all of this. I have gone from being like Tiger to Eyor - I love the energy that just emanates from Jack - I'm sure you will definitely become the PM of Australia one day 🎉👏👏👏👏👏

@@elainemartin9654 We have to keep plodding along - I still have my bed rest days but it's further complicated because I have to look after my 84yr old Father who as dementia which means my limited energy actually goes onto looking after Dad who now lives with me - Life hey 🤷🏼‍♀️. Thank you Elaine- I appreciate you reading my comment and leaving me a message 🙏Namaste ❤

Glad to see how much he’s improved. Good to be reminded not to try rushing ahead, slow and steady builds up better. Also shout out to the parents for their support and understanding. It really makes all the difference.

Those EnERgY surges… that needs to be studied. It took me awhile to recognize that they are so deceiving. It is very smart to conserve and smooth out the waves of mitochondrial energy. My word for that energy short-out feeling is “ Zonk”. It’s like my system is about to conk out. Knowing how to plan ahead and prepare for these stages is a key / straT to this craZy puzzle.
Congrats Prime Minister Jack! You are on the right track again. 😂❤😊 Well done Mum!
Ps. I totally agree with you about not liking the Noise of school. I know that when I can’t even enjoy music, or a podcast that I Need to slow down, quiet and calm my system. Be aware of our personal triggers and how to keep our kites flying high!

Amazing video, I picked up so many tips and much reinforcement of things I’ve heard before. I could identify with many of the symptoms…. But at 69 I only hope I have resources and determination to recover. Jack is a wonderful person and fortunate to have supportive parents…… Sue

Such a wonderful interview. What an amazing young man. My son was 12 when he got this. We didn’t get the right help at the beginning which made him a lot worse from pushing and crashing. By the time he was 15 he was exhausted and sick of being disappointed when nothing helped. Found Toby by mistake when he was 16 and whenever I tried to tell my son about ways in which might help him, his mind shut down (brain fog super bad) and I have all this information but I can’t help him. It’s killing me to have all this information and not be able to share it. He’s 18 now and in the worst spot in 6 years. I just keep hoping that one day he might just watch this video and be inspired that he can do this and it’s not just another thing that doesn’t work. Any advice on what I should do?
