It is a failure of the system in Nigeria. If the said ammount was duly paid to Mr Osita as wages for his services as a manager during a transfer deal of his client (Victor Oshimeh), the office of Mr. Osita should have paid between thirty to sixty percent of that ammount to the Federal Inland Revenue (FIR) in taxes - this is a standard in Europe and I suppose in Nigeria as well. If Mr. Osita's office was duly bound within this ethics and have not acted shady, the need would not have arose to remit money due it to client (Victor Oshimeh) on grounds now been put forward by Mr. Osita - "I trust him, he is my inlaw". This is consequential with shady dealings and that is why we now have in-fighting amongst family members. I am not exonerating Mr. Victor Oshimeh from all this but rather he should work soonest with all involved to resolve this and prevent a smear on his career.

It is a failure of the system in Nigeria. If the said ammount was duly paid to Mr Osita as wages for his services as a manager during a transfer deal of his client (Victor Oshimeh), the office of Mr. Osita should have paid between thirty to sixty percent of that ammount to the Federal Inland Revenue (FIR) in taxes - this is a standard in Europe and I suppose in Nigeria as well.
If Mr. Osita's office was duly bound within this ethics and have not acted shady, the need would not have arose to remit money due it to client (Victor Oshimeh) on grounds now been put forward by Mr. Osita - "I trust him, he is my inlaw".
This is consequential with shady dealings and that is why we now have in-fighting amongst family members. I am not exonerating Mr. Victor Oshimeh from all this but rather he should work soonest with all involved to resolve this and prevent a smear on his career.
They were not gonna pay any tax on any of those earnings. Not that the tax money would be put to good use by the system but still, shady deals gone bad.

Nevertheless if this matter is not resolved amicably and Mr. Osita has documents proving his legitimate involvement in the commission sharing as well as evidence of forwarding same to Osihmen, then this could turn our real bad for Osimhen as FIFA not not take the issue of players partaking in their commission lightly.
