I love watching Irish music videos on CZcams. I often have something playing while I am working or writing. And I have seen a million of them. This ranks as one of my all time favorites. Spectacular.
This is the next best rendition of Raglan Rd that I’ve ever heard. A very close second to the man himself who sang it. ( Luke Kelly ) I’ve saw them all on YT, sinead, Van Morrison, chieftains, etc etc. and that lot doesn’t even come close to the rawness and feeling that George has put into this song. Very well done, that man.
So glad that the three judges were so magnanimous and generous in their praise and support, very kind and how it has paid off for George , good call too, well done. Mol agus tiocfaidh siad as we say in school .
