Brian Wilson and Beachboy band, among others. He stated he would love to sing with Frankie Valli who was his mentor at 13 when he decided to sing Falsetto. He can sing a road map! 🎶🎤🎶

They SHOULD sound like the original. Russell is the original singer and Raymond was with group for many years. Ed Ranton was choreographer of originals. And Jonathan Buckson sang with Russell in school. Most of Russell's band was with original group and left when he did. As did Kenneth T. his stage director ,conductor and keyboard artist with originals. Those with Russell are mostly all from the beginning .🎶🎤🎶

March covid-19 2022 Great orchestrational accompaniment. Russell Thompson! A virtuoso First tenor/falsetto for the ages and Beyond. I go could go down a list of maybe five other Tenors who were good but, Russell has got to be the greatest of all. On record a guy named Ted Taylor comes close on his titled song "Be ever wonderful". A lot of guys can sound good on record but, live performance at this level and at his age, over 30 years is amazing. The man is a master at his craft. He is a joy to witness. He's definitely the Last of a dying breed of balladeers we will not see again. I love me-some Russell Thompson and The Stylistics.

That's so true. Russell doesn't smoke, or drink. He works out , runs miles daily, plays basketball still and Florence keeps eye on his healthy diet. Good clean life. Takes care of his voice.
