Heat the milk without boiling and let it cool to room temperature.
1 egg.
Sugar 60 gr / 2 oz.
Cornstarch 20g / 0.7oz.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3 eggs.
Sugar 150g / 5.2oz.
Vegetable oil 150 ml / 5 fl oz.
Juice of 1 lemon.
Flour 250 g / 8.8 oz.
Baking soda 15g / 0.5oz.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Honey 15 gr / 0.5 oz.
Desiccated coconut 10 gr / 0.35 oz.
