- A walk through the Barn Finds and Hidden Gems at the 2022 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals MCACN
And join us as we take a walk through the barn finds in hidden gems section of the 2022 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals show in Chicago. This display consists of many cars that were recently discovered in less than ideal storage situations, or other special acquisitions that are in pre-restored condition. This year, the range of cars is impressive, from 2 1968 hurst Oldsmobiles, a Dodge Charger 500 , Plymouth Superbird, a 426 HEMI powered Dodge Challenger and a 1970 hemicuda! One of the most amazing cars was a real deal 427 Yenko Nova! On the tour, we speak with Ryan Brutt who curates this collection each year, and we meet the original owner of a 1965 Ford Galaxie. The Barn Find and Hidden Gem display is one of the most popular at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals every year, and many of these cars will return to the show after a complete restoration to be unveiled on the main show floor.

Kevin-- Nice to see you again, the only way I like to watch MCACN is with your commentary. Still miss Muscle Car of the Week. Cole Young.
that galaxie story... wow...😍
Wow, they are still out there!
Thanks kevin
I attended this show on 11/19. By far the best show I’ve ever seen.
Oh my that yenko nova! Love that z16 too.
Awesome Video, the 65 chevelle stole my heart.
That black hemi cuda was so awesome I would drop the hemi back in and leave the rest as is
So this vid helped ease the pain of missing the show. Thanks!
Kevin, great to see you again!
Thanks for the great content and a cool look around at the MCACN barn finds.
Lots of options for purchase!
Also, the history of the cars is very cool! Thanks!
Just another even more awesome video!
Very cool! Thanks for the tour. 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
STILL ROCKIN after all of these years Kevin, that puts a smile on THIS old mans face! Keep it going we are lovin it!!
Now this *PRESENTATION * IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! TWO ENDS OF THE SPECTRUM ...CANADIAN MUSCLE 2022 WITH ITS NARRATOR FELL TO THE BOTTOM OF WORST REPRESENTATION of OUR LEGENDS ...THX FOR THIS ONE KEV! U RARELY DISAPOINT!
885,000 miles , that Ford didnt sit long enough to get dusty for sure, nice story. nicer people.
Unbelievable amount of classic Muscle cars that could roam the streets for more years. Thanks for the tour. You where the best dressed in there .
Oh wow, very cool!!!!!!!! 👍👍
The fastest muscle car of 1971 goes to the 1971 Ford Torino Cobra powered by a 429 Super Cobra Jet. The BOSS 351 was 4th
That's very wrong! The boss 351 beat just about every other ford musclecar there was as well as from everyone else with few exceptions and there were no super cobra jet torinos in 71,only the mustang could be officially ordered with a scj engine. You could order all the parts the scj mustang had on a torino but not as an option that included all of it.The boss 351 was a giant killer.
@ScoobyDoo Yep those are definitely some of the exceptions.
@ScoobyDoo I have read that the 440 six pack was faster due to the weight ratio.
I reckon the LS6 / 425 hp Corvette with factory aluminum heads would be hard to beat.
@@louiskats5116 Corvettes are not muscle cars
1965 Galaxy eight hundred and eighty five thousand miles. That 289 is a great little engine.
Its great to see and know that these iconic machines won't die in any junk yard!!!
The galaxy is so cool man
The 69 Super Bee that he talks about that is next to the white 65 Ford is owned by a friend of mine in Charleston S
Awesome videos Kevin! Love them! The lady with her car was cool. Great story!
it would be very interesting to see some of these cars today.
That was an awesome history lesson on classic cars. I learned a lot, especially about the Mopars.
Well that was an awesome video and production, really enjoyed this Sweet, looking forward to seeing more 👊
Cheers🍻🍺 KC 😎👍

Awsome video. I have seen the 1969 dodge charger 500 old drag car at 2021 Mopar National it was not a running and driving car at that time as it had a short block in it. it soo awsome to see a update on that car
Nice, kool cars.
Best part of the show.
Needs more Oldsmobile
Dale Cheverlot sold alot of hi performance cars & Yenko
I believe the '70 Cuda color is Vitamin C Orange.
Man I'd pass out for a second. Then ask how much.that night I will dream of orange cuda monsters .don't get any better
1:13 the color is rally red, on a Pontiac it was carousel red. Don't ask...........
Kevin, did any of the Oldsmobiles have the aluminum center section rear end?
One day I hope I'm one of these old birds with my Camaro
A lot of work to restore those Cars back to original condition.
I think I've seen that hurst olds on cars and zebras.
👀...👍🔥😎🔥👍
Don't keep us in suspense! Which one won Best Barn Find '22?
rounding end of months by selling houses for Century 21 or what? :)
Why do people care about piles of junk that they call barn finds? Restore the car like it's supposed to be, then show and talk about it.
VERY SIMILAR BUT MUCH BETTER THAN THE MONTI CARLO I HAD BOTH THE RIDE ON THE PONTIAC WAS STAGES AHEAD
You could rent them from hertz
Too bad I can’t see it
Just wondering how many 'Critters' came to the show?🐭🦝🐍🐿🕷
Ha!
