Its so good that I want to make it but I can't dind the chopsticks enywhere
If you can’t find them you could use round wooden dowels. Sand it down on one end to form the tip of the wand.

What is use of satin vanish?
Satin varnish is a type of finish. It protects the paint and adds a slight sheen without being glossy.
