"The video projections in this performance were created and live mixed by Travis Mouffe, a Communications and Film Studies Major (and now a graduate) of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was enrolled in the Projection Design Practicum taught by Bob Shannon in the Spring 2011 semester, and others in the class assisted him in realizing this collaborative effort which began in the fall of 2010 with Travis and the choreographers and composers conferencing about the piece. Travis experimented with the angles and distances he would need to place the dancers in the projections properly. The footage was shot and reshot until he had the proper image size, perspective and framing necessary to fit the space in which the piece is performed, in order to best integrate the live performers with the projected ones."
