@@ktmsnoopyes, exactly. But if we do get him then we have to self either smith-row or viera. I would go for viera as he won't get playing time at all. But having martinelli, saka, havatrz, odergaurd, trossard, Nelson, Smith Row, vieria and kudos might be a bit much.

This guy would be perfect for Arsenal. He can play anywhere he can play LW, RW, ST or AM. Perfect Arteta type player. Cover for so many positions and knows where the back of the net is.

From an Ajax fan: i wouldn't really say he can play as a striker. They tried that, but it never really worked all that well.
Also doesn't have the highest sprint speed for a winger, but can play there. When he does he mostly still cuts inside into attacking midfield.
He's at his best at attacking mid. He's great at ball carrying and creating overloads when dribbling past opponents. Also wins his fair share of duels in midfield as he's pretty strong.
Just imo very clearly mostly a midfielder. Ajax just ended up playing him right wing as they lacked anyone for that position but had like 4 first team attacking mids.
I think that depends on the system around him. Jesus likes to come deep to get involved and that seems to work for Artetas style. I can see this guy doing a similar job if needed.
At the end of the day it's just more options available to the manager.

Also, kudus is closer to being a midfielder than a second stricker.. vid only shows his drive into the box
@@damii_11 well, this video doesn't show him playing 90mins week in week out, and that's not even why I'm asking, kudus isn't a winger, so the notion he'd be saka's back up doesn't make sense, if you say okay, he plays in midfield, then what happens to havertz, ESR and Vieira, these are players that haven't been tried yet bringing in more would only ruin the balance, except we're about to sell ESR and Vieira which I do not see

Gives me Samir Nasri vibes in the sense that I don't know if he should be a wide winger or an interior. I think he could do both if he plays in the right system and with teammates that understand his movements.
His first position at Ajax was actually defensive midfield. Was brought in as the Frenkie de Jong replacement. He's very strong in winning duels and turning into space.
As an attacking player, i'd compare his role to what Ziyech did/does. Not fast enough to really stay wide and run past defenders, but goes inside and has great dribbling in tight spaces. Not as creative a passer as Ziyech, but physically a lot stronger.

Ajax fan here, we struggle a lot to find the perfect position for him. Fantastic player technical but tactical he is not so good. We play him for now at RW because we can give him more freedom and is less responsibility. Lcm isn’t a good idea for him. That will hurt your own team.

But more faster and aggressive, and has eyes for Goal
He will be a natural fit into Arsenal's style of play. His ball handling skills are great and his 1-2 passings are on point. And then he's got a very good eye for goal with amazing finishes from various angles. Arsenal should get him already!!!

I wonder why Arteta signed Havertz ahead of this guy .He would be perfect for that Xhaka role .He gets in the box often, carries the ball and is more mobile and quick .He has very good technical ability and good work rate .This guy also has goals in him and also drops deep to pick the ball , I feel he would be perfect for the Xhaka role .He also seems very versatile and that could mean assigning him to play on the wing when Saka is not available and not to forget he uses both feet
havertz is creative and can carry the ball. kudus is not as creative hes saka's very competitive back up havertz is so much better in the xhaka role

He is miles better than Havertz. He is the perfect option for Arteta’s position 8. He can play multiple positions and the right replacement for Xhaka. Pace, skill, strength, passing and shooting all in top level!

I know this is a compilation video but this guy looks good! Quick, powerful, can keep the ball and has a shot! If we get him he’s probably backup for Saka but also versatile. I like the left sided Xhaka role but we have so many in that position. Rice, Trossard, Havertz. We don’t have competition for Saka.

Im a bit confused as to where he would play. Hes primarily an attacking midfielder just like Odegaard is now. We've also bought Havertz and Vieira and ESR can play in those positions aswell. So im not sure who he's going to cover for. Unless he covers for Saka bcs he has played right wing occasionally for Ajax.
