about exercise:
It is necessary, but many of us overdo it (going crazy over HIIT)when you have high cortisol levels, switching to low impact exercise is very helpful!
* Yoga, pilates, tai chi, swimming, walking, calisthenics, etc.
* Add in a rest day every 2 days if you engage in mid/high impact workouts

This episode discusses the complex relationship between stress, cortisol levels, and overall health. I emphasize that while cortisol is often viewed negatively due to its association with stress, it also plays essential anti-inflammatory roles in the body. The focus is on how unbalanced cortisol levels can lead to various health issues, including endocrine disorders and autoimmune diseases. Strategies to increase resilience to stress and balance cortisol levels are shared, including journaling, adopting stress-relief techniques like EFT tapping, deep breathing exercises, and engaging in activities that stimulate the vagus nerve. Additionally, the benefits of grounding, non-toxic scents, healing frequencies, laughter, and having a hobby are discussed as ways to combat stress. I also advise on improving sleep and dietary habits to support cortisol balance and overall wellness, cautioning against the negative impact of high intensity exercise on cortisol levels. The video concludes with encouragement to be gentle with oneself and the importance of not comparing oneself to others on social media.

oh I am so happy you're here! thank you Farwa 🥺❤️
Mila,
Thank you so much for being so honest about PCOS. I am 32 years old, and I found out about PCOS when I was 24 years old. It took me so many years to find my balance and I wish I had people like you guiding me and talking about PCOS without the taboo and the shame. To all the women with PCOS be consistent there is hope. I was able to balance my hormones without traditional medicine. I am even expecting my first child this July. I wish I could tell the doctor who saw me almost 10 years ago and told me I will probably never be a mom due to my poliquistic ovaries and tell him that he was wrong! 😂
Anyway sending all my good vibes to all those women out there that are currently trying to find that desirable balance ❤❤❤
Go you!!! So happy you didn't listen to that ignorant doctor, and congratulations on your soon to come miracle! 🐣🍼❤️ wishing you a safe delivery
So helpful, thank you, new subscriber, here. Can't wait for another upload.
Thank you, Mila. You just give me the strength to get through the toughest days when I feel there is no way out!

Hi Mila,
I am not sure whether you would read this or not. Thankyou so much for being an inspiration for me .I am a 20 year old female with PCOS ,Hypothyroidism and I really have all the symptoms of high cortisol levels.I find it really tough at times due to all my symptoms and current life.Your videos inspire me and give me hope that one day I would be able to manage all this and have balanced hormones.
You will, and we will get you there! Sending you so much strength and love Aneeta ❤️ i am so happy we have found each other.
So helpfull !! Merci !!!
Thank you, genuinely.
Hi Mila can you make a video on hypothyroidism specially on how to manage it and and keep your TSH balanced. Most doctors will say your TSH is high but T4 is normal so no need to worry but I have all the symptoms and my mom has hypothyroidism. The excessive weight gain and brain fog and always being cold and tried are my main concerns. I am 19 and have been dealing with for awhile your videos have helped me understand so THANK YOU! Also can't wait for your drink to come out!!!!
References range are not always optimal!
Thanks for this Mila. Went on vacation then came back and hurt my ankle at work and I weighted myself yesterday which was a bad idea. Today I’m trying to tell myself I can slowly put myself back on track and not to stress out
forget about the weight- focus on the present, supporting your body to heal your ankle, and what you can improve on today. when you think of the past- focus on all the great memories you made on your vacation.
@@milamagnanithank you Mila for being so encouraging. Can’t wait for your drink mix to come out soon!
Sensoril ashwagandha extract was a game chaneger for me. I always had a problem with very bad anxiety. It got bad enough when i started waking up with racing heart extremely anxious. This helped me. A lot.
Aswagandha is also a very comforting herb for anxiety and high cortisol
Thank you soo much for this!!! How do you manage to take your time to express yourself and talk in YOUR rythm (which is soo calm and soothing MashaAllah
very insightful thanks
Thank you ❤.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing the Wim Hoff Method. Fast breathing triggers your stress response which is counter productive when you already have increased cortisol and adrenaline.
This method is one of the only breathing methods that have helped me been able to calm down / catch my breath. Just depends on the person 😊
I think my biggest problem throughout my healing journey is patience. I have severe water retenion in my face and I just keep looking at the mirror everyday and constantly taking before and after photos to see if there's any improvement. It's been less than a month since I started implementing some of these tips, but I still want to see changes right away lol
same! i tend to eat a lot and stress out during finals but after they are done i know my face will depuff. it's a lot especially when you are impatient but it will get better. :) best wishes to you
@@TomboiiLinkZ Thank you so much !
you might love my next upload! setting deadlines and wanting fast results was one of the reasons why I kept "failing". the moment i finally gave my self grace and stopped caring about fast results- it all clicked!
@@milamagnani Thank you so much! Can't wait!
Managing stress will eventually help, but I heard Dandelions Root supplement helps with water retention. I’d do my research before taking it ❤ One thing that helped me practice patience is to realize your doing your body a favour and try and let it go
Mila please will the hormonal drink be available in France and in Paris specifically ? I neeeeed it
Where can we buy your hoodie?
really need to know if u have a favourite cortisol drink other than matcha. really tryna lose that moon face, just started your lymphatic face massages but just want to see great results
Here is the confusion, I noticed whenever I stare and consciously feel my surroundings, my smart watch detects a high level of stress at that time. And then when I do a busy work, it’s lower than that. It’s always 90 > 60, respectively. I’m getting suspicious that my internal work went 180. What should I do?
I couldn't open your free guides. Is there any problem? Can you share them again?
Mama ... the wake up is cortisol but it's also low sugar spikes .lm getting a cgm ..will let you know
❤️❤️❤️
Can you please talke about workout for pcos.
❤❤
I find it really hard to eat 20-30g of protein in each meal without eating dairy (I can't digest dairy well). Do you have any tips?
Where is that sweatshirt from?? I need
Hello, I have an imbalanced thyroid diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Although many factors can cause autoimmune disorders, can a toxic family environment also cause higher levels of the cortisol hormone? My mom engages in daily verbal fights with me and verbally abuses me. She used to physically abuse me most of the time when I was young. She still sometimes hits me, but it has decreased as I've grown up. So, could that be the reason for higher cortisol hormone levels, a toxic environment?
Not Mila but yes, more often then we care to admit but most of the time our cortisol levels are high because of a person who is our main stressor. Happened with me.
Is jump rope a low or high impact exercise?
What diet is good ?? Keto low sugar? Fiber low down sugar and microbiome do much carb raises insulin.. what to do please! HELP
I would suggest to learn about Japanese way of eating and find some bloggers that teach about it, I found it very balanced and easy to cook
I think the use of birth control and other endocrine disruptions are also causing PCOS.

Cortisol isn't anti-inflammatory.
What doctor knows low cortisol?
Conventional doesn't know allopathic doesn't
ehh I thought you were actually giving good, sound advice and not just things pulled from your behind, but then I heard hEaLiNG fReQuENciEs and understood there's no science nor evidence in your advice except for placebo that you learned off of tiktok :/
