I still have a solex from 1959 and it hasnt run too i try to blow air into the carburator jet and it run👍🏻

Hey bro on that klx140 check the time and the timing chain that could be the reason it bogs I had one that did the same thing and it was the time

just a tip for that chinese quad , the startersoleniod is the thing that always breaks or 'stick'. put a 12 v batterij directly on the starter
and check if it cranks , wire the old harnes in and check for spark

On your Baja quad jump the ignition key wires the keys are crap and get corroded and don’t work especially if they sit out in the weather you can test it with just jumping the wires with a jumper wire

If the electric start messed up u could direct turn it on passing cables 2 it u connect the black cable 2 the feet holder where u put ur feet on while riding and the red one u could put on the motor where the electric connection would start by

Check the piston on the solex i had a kx 80 that wouldent star it had compresion and spark but the piston was scratched and blown up

I have a Honda XR 70 2001 just like yours it’s been a awesome bike and we only had to put a new spark plug in it and she fired on up but one day I fired it up and it was leaking gas like crazy. It happened to be the carb so we bought a hole new one I will be making some more vids on it later on my channel
