Hey Guys! Thanks for the shout out. That was awesome! That is pretty much the way that I do it myself. I rarely have leftovers but if I do they are great on a sandwich. Love it!
Thank you so much fam!! We were so happy with it! I’d do a bit more salt in the marinade (for my personal preference), but it turned int so good!! Thank you for the recommendation fam!! GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Really enjoyed the London Broil video. This was a big help. It was my first time cooking London on my Blackstone. Hopefully my family will enjoy the results this Father's Day.
Oh awesome! We’re so glad it helped! How did it turn out for Father’s Day?!
That hunk of meat turned out PERFECT!!! Love that it was still a little pink in the middle just like it is supposed to be, I could almost taste it!!!
Woot woot!! Thank you brother!! It turned out so good, we were so happy we did this one!!🔥🔥🤙🤙🤙
Fantastic "London" cook -- I like a small dipping bowl of horseradish sauce for this type of beef !!
Haha!! That would be amazing fam! We kept it simple, but that would go good with the meat and the potatoes!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
Awesome fun video, love the positive vibes you guys put out ❤
Fixing this. I would have never thought of even trying this. Now it's on. Thanks guys!!!
Woohoo!!! Thank you so much for watching Steve! Let us know how amazing yours turns out!!!🤗 Griddle on!🤙🏻
Thanks for this cook!!! I just bought two 2.5 lb. London Broils and made them exactly as you did, including the marinade (skipped the ginger). OMG! It was fantastic! Beautiful caramelization on the outside and pink on the inside. My sides were brown buttered corn on the griddle while my wife steamed broccoli. Sliced it family style as you did. The whole family enjoyed it! Total cook time was about 25 minutes. You guys rock!!
Thank you so much, Tony!!! That is so awesome!! We are glad you were able
To have it turn out so good!!! And those sides!!!🤤🤤🤤
Thanks for watching, brother! Griddle on!!!🤙🏻❤️😁
You guys nailed it.
We do London Broil almost every week on the Blackstone, absolutely love it.
Oh awesome man! It’s a lib slab of meat that will feed the masses! So good!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
London Broil is one of my all time favorites, especially when soaked in delicious marinade for at least a day. I'm glad you guys did this👍
Woohoo! This marinade was so good, Bobbi! And definitely became a fav of ours! ❤️🤗🤙🏻

London broil is a very under appreciated cut. I don't own a Blackstone but have had great results on my Weber. Love your channel guys.
Thank you so much man, we really appreciate it! This was a fun cook for sure, and the results were delicious!🔥🔥🤙🤙
Great job guys
Thank you so much, Jeff! Griddle on!
Great video! My dad always made London Broil over charcoal, but I now prefer to reverse-sear it on the smoker and finish over charcoal. I'll have to try finishing a London Broil on the Blackstone now!
That is awesome, brother! Do you have a marinade you use for yours? We would love to hear about it! Thank you so much for watching! Griddle on!!!🤙🏻
Looks amazing and delicious
Thank you so much brother!! It was so much fun to make this one!🤙🤙

Thank you! It was so much fun!!
Nice! It's amazing what all we can do on the Blackstone Griddle! And a London Broil!? Looks like it turned out perfect! And I bet the smash loaded potatoes would go great with it! Cheers..... My Brothers!
Cheers indeed brother!! It was a fun one to give a try! The family devoured this one - no leftovers!😂😂
Amazing looking piece of meat, perfectly done! All the Best!!!
Thank you so much for watching! It was soooo good! Griddle on!!!🤙🏻😁
I love how you do the 4 minute sides. So many people grill it on high for like 5 minutes a side.
Thank you so much fam, it came out just how we’d hoped it would!!🔥🔥
I've done a few London broils on the Blackstone. Get her screaming hot, coat the meat in olive oil and throw down a layer of kosher salt on the griddle and slap that puppy on there and I put a brick wrapped in foil on top of the meat to keep it pressed down for like 7 mins. Flip over and repeat! Let rest and finish with a lemon, parsley, and garlic compound butter. Delish!
Now that sounds amazing!!! Thank you so much for watching, and for your awesome idea! We can’t wait to try it!!!🤤 Griddle on!🤙🏻
Wow!! Super juicy!!! This came out great!!! I never would've thought to try it, but I will now! Thanks Guys!!! 🌞🌴👏
Thank you so much for watching as always, Michele! Let us know how delicious yours turns out!🤗 Griddle on!!!😁🤙🏻
@@waltwins Will do!! 🌞
Did you guys allow the meat to come up to room temp 1st? You two are amazing! I love how you will eat your own words!
Thank you so much! We did, it was out for approximately 35 minutes before it hit the griddle - take care Jeremy!🤙🤙
Also, get some Redmond Salt! It’s amazing salt and they have some amazing salt flavors! Highly recommend!
Awesome! I’m adding it to our list!🔥🔥
If that hunk of beef doesn't make you want to do an Irish jig, I dont know what will! Looks delicious guys thank you for sharing!!!
Haha!!! Right, Mike? Thank you so much brother! Griddle on!!!🤗🤙🏻
@@waltwins Griddle on!!!
If you find the source for your plate cutting boards add the size too. Thanks
Will do!🔥🔥
Another D-LISH cook my friend's. Looks as good as I am sure it taste's!!! Much Luv Fam!!! GRIDDLE ON!!!
Thank you brother!! It sure was a fun one to give a try!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Are there good job guys
Thank you so much, Stanley! Griddle on!🤙🏻
That looked like it came out really good. I haven't done a London Broil in so long! I guess it's time to cook a London "Griddle" now! Sounds great with those smashed potatoes! I still haven't made those because it's been pouring rain the last couple days. We went three months without rain, so it's nice to have some at least. Sun will be back though, then it's time for the Blackstone! Maybe I'll try and find a London Broil, it's been way too long. Griddle On!
Hey brother! Hope you are feeling better! This was fun because it’s not too often we get to do a longer cook on the Blackstone!😂😂. It was a good cut if beef and we’re so glad we finally tried it. GRIDDLE ON BROTHER!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Going to do this Christmas Day..Just bought a used 36" griddle and did a few mods to the griddle. First time did grilled cheese....lol
Oh wow, that’s amazing! Congratulations on the new griddle fam!! We absolutely love this thing! Take care and GRIDDLE ON!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Yum!!! I love using soy sauce in my marinades.
Thank you so much fam! For sure it’s the best!!🤙🤙🔥🔥
Holy smackanolies!!! Looks legit and delicious!!! Another banger gents!!! You do you boo
Thank you brother! It's always fun to throw large hunks of man-meat on the griddle!
Watching😀👍🙏❤️🇺🇸
Thank you!!!!💙💙
London broil the absolute best. Where can I find those little cutting boards you use as a plate?
Thank you so much fam!! These were a gift from my nephew - they are bamboo, I’ll see if I can find out where he got them!🔥🔥
Another great cook out. I do like steak. Thanks.
Thank you so much brother! This one was so much fun!🤙🤙
Hey... Nice meat! I love doing steak on the flat top, reminds me of a proper NYC diner! The London Broil looks perfect, no reason you can't do it on the griddle!
Woot woot!! Thank you brother! It was a fun one to cook for sure! I bet your marinade would taste amazing on this!!😉😉
@@waltwins I leave THAT in your capable hands!!
Brethren! That meat 🥩 looks fabulous! This would go perfectly with those smashed potatoes 🥔! Another entree for the #Waltwins food truck! Well done!
This was a fun one for sure! The cut was so much fun because it was the realization that it came out perfectly!!🤙🤙
This looks SO good, but I'm too excited to see my old friend #MEATSWORD!!!! I'm actually wearing the shirt right now!
Haha!! Heck yes!! It’s gonna be a long night, but it will be worth it!
Yummy 😊
Thank you fam!! This was a really fun one to try!!

Thank you so much fam! We have a link for irbil the description of the video! It’s the Mercer knife, we love it!!💙💙
Yum- OOOO!
Indeed it was totally YUM-OOOO! Thank you so much for watching! Griddle on!!!🤙🏻
Now that looked stupid good.
It was so stupid delicious!🤤🤗 Thank you so much for watching! Griddle on!!!!🤙🏻
Yo brothers this was a real good video, oh wait a minute every one of your video's are good. ( I remember now ) Thank you Frank from montana.. PS I have a question , why is it called a LONDON broil when it is broiled in Florida ???
Haha!! You got us there, it should have been an Florida Broil!😂😂🔥🔥
The only way to eat a London Broil is by marinating, then placing on a cedar plank...roast at 400 for 20 minutes...remove from oven, throw away the meat and eat the plank...lol
Nice I'm going to try this out and tell my buddy he been doing it wrong
Haha!!! It was good, but honestly I’d prefer a good ribeye on the griddle, it was a ton of fun to try out though!!!🔥🔥🤙🤙
I wonder if you have ever made a tri tip on the griddle
Hey brother! We haven’t yet, but may be worth adding to our research!🤙🤙
The cast iron platters I sent would be perfect for this fantastic London broil cook
Can't wait for your next videos
Also have you guys ever made candied nuts for the holidays??
Hey fam! We can’t wait to put them to use!! We haven’t, but now we’re intrigued!!🔥🔥
What kind of marinate did you use for the London broil?
Thank you so much for watching! We have the marinade listed in the video description (below the video next to the title is a drop down menu) - let us know if you can’t find it!🤙🤙
@@waltwins thank you
Do you often cook on the Blackstone with the lid closed? Looks like you did for this cook. Thanks!
Great question! We use the lid for steaming/melting items, or to bring up the temp for longer meat cooks (like this or chicken wings). Hope this helps fam!
Told ya you’d find a main dish for those smashed taters! Sure looks delicious. You definitely earned this one. Not a quick one by any means. Let’s try it: The “Waltwins, Bridge Is Fallen Down, Angie Marinade, Au Contraire, Monster Slab, Yes You Can Do It On The Blackstone, No Time For Tea, London Broil!” Enough to feed your entire army! Well done brother Redbeards! Troy
What is up Brother Troy?! This was a banger for sure, and with a name like that, it’d be the main dinner dish at a fine WALTWINS establishment!😂😂🔥🔥
I just got a 1.5 lb london broil. I assume the 4 min flip will have at least one fewer flips.
Yep! That would do it!! Thank you so much for watching!!🔥🔥😄😄
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙😎😎😎😎😎
Where is the marinade recipe?
Thank you so much for watching, if you find the video description (if watching on a phone, next to the video title is a dropdown menu, the marinade should be listed, let us know if you can't find it!)
Take care!
That cut is only good for jerky on my treiger lol
Haha! We will definitely try jerky on our smoker!🤗
3rd. 😞.
Haha! No worries, it’s still too 3!🔥🔥🤙🤙
95th!!!
are these guys related to Jack Black?
Nice job! Couldn’t tell, but looked like you cut with the grain. If that’s the case, cut across the grain for more tenderness. If that’s what you did, then ignore me!
Haha! We did cut against it, for sure a lesson we’ve learned the hard way…😂😂. Take care man!🤙
