I said this on Instagram already, but as a Gay viewer and listener of the Pod, I really appreciated this episode. I really wish Phelps would’ve participated in this conversation. I like hearing his input and questions. I think conversations between gay black men and straight men are very vital for the black community as a whole. This would’ve been a perfect time to see some discourse.

I don’t always love the guest appearances but this one was great. You could see the true connection and friendship there, especially towards the end, jacen had stories for days, and he was fun to listen to. He didn’t harp on small details and shared a lot of himself with us. And of course love to Dre for the light up words on the screen!
