Regardless which country you go, it’s not going to be as easy like walk in the park. So firstly I believe, the expectation should be lower. And currently every country is dealing with inflation. Choose your subject wisely and don’t afraid to choose something different then what you did back home. Subjects related to health, engineering, welding, fabricating, automobiles, IT are always on demand on any country.

I am a UK return, studied, worked and lived in UK for 7 years. I can honestly tell to all the viewers of this channel. They are saying the truth. This is the reality of UK. Worst wheather and high cost of living are the main reasons. Please don't fall in trap for ILR, I know some of the working professionals from India are going to UK on skilled visa for low salaries just for the sake of ILR. Please think carefully. I would say, India is very good now compared to other countries, vast opportunities. East or west living in Motherland is the best.

After living here for this long & being properly settled with family , we now feel we must head back to India . Once you live in a foreign country you come to know the value of your own mother land .

You are absolutely right. I was into teaching since 9 years back in home country and after coming and exploring uk I came to know that we have far better education system and skilled workers in India. There are many things which I observed, obviously every country has pros and cons. However, it’s not worthy to come here if you have a good job or business there in India. In many instances we have better quality of life and standard in cities back in India.

First of all, you guys should change the subject of the video and make is specifically for students. Also, there are many students who come to uk on scholarships provided by Gov / different companies (off course good students), and often get internships aswell. There is a huge requirement of tech labour in UK, so unless you are a tech student, it is better not to come to UK. Last but not the least because of the inflation the prices are really high as many countries, also the general job market is still open, no matter the lay offs, which offers competitive salary too.

Thanks guys for your honest views. I am in Mumbai right now as a mid-level corporate employee. I am actively considering a job offer in London currently (same department in my own company). I did some research and was heavily discouraged by the cost of living and taxation issue. My calculation tells me that we are living a much better life in Mumbai than what is affordable in London. Plus, future of UK economy looks much bleak as compared to India.
I am still considering the offer and want to look at it as an adventure and a nice change in my mundane middle aged life (I am 40). My wife will also work and is likely to have a decent job in London. So, we may not struggle as much financially with 2 decent jobs. But we will not be saving any more than we could in India.
My research and conclusions were kind of validated by the things you mentioned in your vlog. Thank you so much. I spoke to some folks who are staying in London for varying lengths of time and they also told me the same things that you said.

@@hemanthpothala356 Canada is better. Here are the reasons: NZ is too small, in size and population. So jobs are few. Most population is located in Auckland so jobs are also in Auckland. That makes Auckland as the only place with jobs and people. Now Auckland itself is small so even if u earn a lot, you can only be in or around Auckland. That also makes Auckland very expensive. The worst situation is of health services. While doctors in India have so much of exposure, they are good at diagnosing health problems. Due to limited exposure, the doctors here take a lot of time to both diagnose and make a decision so health services are pathetic. Imagine how would you feel if you have to pay 4.99$ to buy 2 pieces of green chillies. The border is also tightly controlled so getting things easily imported is difficult. For example you can’t find coconut when all the neighbouring pacific countries have them in abundance. Papayas are either too expensive or not available. So if you haven’t seen the world, you wouldn’t know how backward NZ is. The worst is cost of internet. Here internet access on mobile is still like 20$ for 1 GB.
