As mentioned before I owned a ‘19 Vantage that was totaled by a F-150 rear-ending my car when I was stopped. A couple thoughts for those who have negative reliability and quality related comments but no experience living with the car. My ‘19 was built tight as a drum. Not a single unwanted noise or rattle. Interior was perfect; not a stitch out of place. IAnd both of us walked out of the car uninjured after being rear-ended. I was call concerned about reliability and truly appreciated the reliable engine and electronics sourced from their part owner, AMG. Too bad the tech is a generation old but that was their deal. Fact is it worked! Imagine that in a British car! I used mine as a daily driver. Never a worry about it leaving me stranded. I also agree with your take on the appearance. So aggressively designed. See the Vulcan, Valkyrie and Valhalla grills to understand the Vantage’s. I grew to love that front end. But Joe, you honestly omitted the best part of the car: driving it!! That car in motion is exciting. The engine, exhaust tuning and suspension combine for a real satisfying experience. The sound of the Aston tuned exhaust could make a run to Costco a memorable time. It’s the type of car you look back at after you park it. And it also made you want to get back in and drive it. I changed from a 911 and never looked back. Nice having something some complete and different. So many positive comments. I also would note the ‘20 has options for smoked taillights and hood vents. Well done. By you and AM!👍

I have a love/hate relationship with it. I’m waiting to see the manual version and I hope that Aston gives it some styling tweaks to make it look more DB10 and less MX-5.
I think this a bit more improved than the last vantage but for the price, I don’t think this British car is better than the older one that can be had, used at an acceptable price. The headlights look a bit too simple and really like a Miata. The rear, they got that right... the MB AMG engine is interesting. I don’t like the interpretation of the Aston Martin grille, the styling on the interior is... different (in a bad way). This car isn’t what I spend mid to high six figs on.
Bizarre that the marketing department at Gaydon decided to make the top line name into the baseline car, in future they will never be able to reverse that short sighted decision.
I love...no LUST this car BUT, those squinty headlights, a ZONK! The headlights from the DBS and Suoerleggera are THE ticket. That said, the rearend of this car, well, it's on par with Inez Sainz❗
I know I first saw the headlights and just turned me off of it. The wheels are too big for the body imo straight from a 2003 rap video. Interior and engine though 😍👍
