- Headed north of Brisbane for a winter beach trip to Kauri Creek. Ended up with Beer Battered Fish and chips for dinner which was a delight. Definitely going back to this one.

Hi Paul, the Queensland Tourism needs to use some of your videos/clips of, to encourage others to getgowin, everything you do is in such a relaxed way, the Canoeing creates a quite side of nature, that’s not something many people get to see from a slow moving Canoe, along the way picking up the sounds of birds singing, and the occasional splash of a fish, and that’s not even mentioning the beautiful scenery, there’s nothing nicer than trees overhanging a river, creek or lake, thank you.

Hi Kim, the entry was Log Dump Camp. The chip spent a peaceful night until the late morning when it was unceremoniously discarded into the river…

Where is this nice place located? When I put Kauri Creek it shows me the location near Cairns. Is that right?
