It is a lot of work and we do spend a half day on Saturday putting everything together on top of the time at the flea market.
Wow, I was honestly wondering what were you guys thinking doing a flea market with your great finds but you are killing it. If we had this kind of market near us we would definitely do it. Slow dime or fast nickel as they say... Congrats.
I felt the same. I didn’t think at first that we would be able to take the better stuff and sell it for a profit but then we decided to take our best items, and price them so we will make a good profit and so far it’s working out. We probably are selling things for slightly less but as you said we’re moving things faster.
I’m so glad to see y’all posted a video! And, glad your wearing your camera vs holding it while you’re trying to do things, I can imagine that was difficult to maneuver. “Monk” ….I’ve never watched that but have always wanted to. Last thing…I was born in 1967 also, which means I can wear cool jeans too because that Woman was adorable! Great fun watching ladies! Thanks!
Wearing the camera was definitely a game changer. I felt a tad weird about it but soon kind of forgot it was there. Yeah she’s really cool and yes you could totally rock those jeans! Glad you enjoyed.

Doh!..Now I want to go back to the flea market.! They call them Jockey Lots down here. I sold plants wreaths and oddities! Always did great. met wonderful folks. It IS hard work though. Hmmm?

It's 3:00am opening day at our local flea market. We've been preparing for this day for months 👍 We are selling all 3 days this Memorial day weekend. Your videos have been an inspiration.

I used to sell for several annual Springs at a local flea with my cousin n her husband. Just to clear out stuff n make a few bucks. We'd laugh and eat our way through the day lol. My husband would grumble I spent more than i made. I lost my cousin last year and have no desire to sell again. But your video made me smile with happy memories.
That sounds like a very fun time and sweet memories. Thanks for sharing that. We have a lot of fun and just love how excited people get when they find something they like.

You are so lucky to have this type of flea market right Tuen the road! We are trying to find possible locations that will work for us. Seattle and Tacoma and Packwood aren’t it. Was exciting to see you sell so well! We have a possible lead somewhere, but it’ll require an overnight stay. We wanna try though. Looks like a great way to unload quality items I’ve decided not to vintage or curate. Excellent video as always.

It is tough work but also feels good to move and push myself physically after being so sedentary the last three years. On Monday I seriously can’t move. 😆

My wife and I do the flea mkt thing every Sat&Sun. Its a real struggle just to make a $100 each day. You made more in 1 day than we will make in 2 months. We are in NC. If I may ask just where is your mkt? Always enjoy your videos--thanks

They do. The $5 sales add up the most. That’s most of our business with a few higher priced items in there.

Just fyi those old fabric calendars can go for a decent amount online! I passed up a few and now I kick myself
We found so many at an estate sale and depending on the condition and theme we price them between 5-12 at the flea. People love looking through them and finding their birth year. We sold them pretty fast.
