You should report him to the leasing office . I live in a smoke free community too and my new neighbor started smoking when he moved in and my apartment was filled with smoke. I reported him haven’t had a problem since. I hate to be that person but people know that they signed up for a smoke free community

I purchased the beetles gel nail kit during quarantine and I love it! My polish lasts for 1.5 weeks if I don’t hand-wash dishes often lol. My toes last even longer than that. I definitely recommend an at-home kit 😌

The smoking really upsets me, we just bought a house from two people who smoked INSIDE for 16 years. We had to clean nicotine from the walls, ceilings, even the inside of the kitchen cabinets! I have no chill when it comes to smoking anymore.

I live in smoke free apartments too and my downstairs neighbor smokes weed in her bathroom and turns on the fan and all the smell travels to my apartment and it is so strong I really thought the maintenance man came in and lit one in my apartment one time 🤣 but I complained because it makes my apartment smell like weed and I’m not with it
