He creates most of the contact, tough to officiate. He also doesn't flop or lose his balance so the ref can't tell if he wanted the contact or was fouled. He will probably start trying to draw more fouls as he gets older (see Lebron).

His ability to get into the paint and finish with EITHER hand by elevating and just waiting for the defender to return to earth is one of the most unstoppable, sure fire way of getting points since shaq was playing.
