Another excellent video, you are a great ambassador for the area we have been watching for the last month and are impressed with the property you show. We are in Mazarron in January so plan to visit then to get the vibe ourselves and when we retire in a few years will definitely purchase from yourself.

Real mixed community around Arboleas. Of course the Spanish and think fair make up the bulk of Ex Pat owners but a good few Belgian, Dutch and French as well.
Just a suggestion, but maybe Turn the camera around some of the time, its easier to show buildings & views. Yep, i watch and are considering that area

Take your point re flipping camera around but filmed on phone and whilst can pause - record - pause record can't flip camera without stopping a clip- least not on my phone - which means ending up with 10 or 12 small clips that then need to be downloaded and spliced together in an editor which is possible but very time consuming. @@CalidaHomes i did think after you had a continuous video for a reason. I use imovie on my iPhone, no real edditing needed you add them one by one. Save the imovie to camera roll then post.

Most of Spain other than city centres would say a car is a must.
