@@ciranodeuxbergerac malheureusement je regarde les commentaires que sur mon smartphone pas possible autrement Mais je trouve tout à fait normal que l’annonce se fasse en espagnol puisque le ou les biens sont en Espagne il est affolant de voir toutes ces annonces en anglais imaginer un court instant que l’on vend de l’immobilier en france et que tout soit écrit en arabe ou chinois ou autre il serait normal de l’écrire dans la langue du pays c’est d’une normalité et surtout de l’éducation

@@manuelcarrillo3478 je comprends bien votre démarche via un portable, j'utilise un PC sous Google qui permet d'avoir ce traducteur, à mon avis un portable est pratique mais ne remplace en rien un PC , d'autre part même si nous tenons à notre langue, l'Anglais s'impose pour beaucoup de transactions

@@ciranodeuxbergerac l’espagnole est la deuxième langue la plus parlée après le chinois encore une fois langue devrais être choisie selon le pays se qui est normal donc la ont est en Espagne la langue espagnole devrait être préférentiel nous n’avons pas besoin d’une langue qui est étrangère en Espagne c’est a eux de s’adapter pas les espagnols

Se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de Arboleas, ofrece total privacidad e incorpora muchos extras como sistema eléctrico solar, piscina climatizada y garaje que muchas otras villas en venta localmente no tienen. Sin embargo, si ha visto villas con mejor valor, envíeme los enlaces que me interesaría ver.

Hola Mar, ¿cómo estás? Sí, la propiedad es muy bonita y también de buen tamaño, además de estar amueblada maravillosamente. Sin embargo, es una propiedad en el interior, no en la playa ni cerca de ella. Si fuera una propiedad en la playa o cerca de ella, el precio sería el doble. La playa más cercana sería Vera Playa o Palomares, a 20-25 minutos en coche. Que tengas un lindo fin de semana.

Sorry but never add map location to our property videos. In the description it says which town and community that a villa is situated and all our properties are within Almeria region..

I don't know about anyone else, but I enjoy finding the properties on Google maps. We always know the area the property is in, so I look around for clues. Pool shape, road views, nearby houses etc. Never missed one yet....😊

@@tinyshedcrafts3974 good call and we can't give out specific locations of owner occupied houses on a social media platform for data protection reasons. Know this isn't how it works UK side but different here.

@@CalidaHomes I didn't ask for address though, it is very common to add the map in order to find out about the destination from Airport and beaches.

Hiya and thanks for your feedback- this video was done as we are getting numerous comments on other videos that they are to long- don't show the aerial view etc. I like you prefer the longer more detailed ones and luckily on this villa we have both.
