The premise of this video and the song is the future of the dancing guy if he stops doing what he loves to do (be an artist/photographer) and gives into greed and becomes a corporate suit and tramples other people to get to the top.(the hung people, the merc with bulletholes in the window)
The sniper is someone else hiring a hit on him to get to the top theirself or in more symbolic terms just Karma. The briefcase symbolizes greed.
If you look at the "dance" with the suitcase, the artist version of him is trying to keep it away from himself but the businessman version of him tries to keep it as close as possible and not let it go.
Basically, they are showing him his future if he turns down the corporate path.

I don't much care for music videos in general. That being said , On The Top is a killer song! \m/ I saw and met them last month. They are amazing live. Super cool people too. We are witnessing the rise of greatness! \m/
Gave the first like its always awesome to see and hear some more jinjer you can never have enough of jinjer they are such an amazing band i love them so much đđâ€â€đ€đ€ 'On The Top' is such an amazing song and tatiana's vocals are just amazing and the instrumentals were amazing too and do i even need to talk about roman's guitar riffs and vlads drumming and eugune's bass its just so groovy and powerful and the music video was awesome too đ€đ€the message behind it was powerful its basically about the rat race and greed and just running behind money and accomplishments without any happiness in life and please check out i want it i will get it by jinjer

The lyrics really help with the video meaning. The chorus will haunt you. I find myself humming it all the time. I'm really torn between this and "Judgment (& punishment)". Their both so good.

I speak astromy the riff is awesome
The first time I saw the video I was like...why is that dick dancing with a briefcase. And then I heard an explanation for the video that's basically the same same as what Ingvar wrote in his comment below. After that explanation, I was like...oh that's pretty awesome. Now I can't stop listening to the song/watching the video. I've got all their albums, and I've listened to each song more times than I can count...and this song is my new #1 Jinjer song.
