If you find joy from other people your joy can be stolen and killed. If your joy is found from having a life easily controlled, God will show you who really is in control. You can eat healthy and still die from the chemicals in the air. You can work out and try to escape your negative thoughts. But the only thing that can free you is giving up and letting God tell you what to do. God bless you guys.
