The end of March marked a HUGE occasion for Inazuma Eleven fans worldwide: the official launch of the Victory Road Beta (on Nintendo Switch, at least)! "move players in dock" is how you swap players in a team btw
you do the move players in dock and the switch the teams with right and left trigger.
