The way writer is in love of Eunsung character, it is absolutely possible that Eunsung will succeed in killing Hyun-woo and keeping Hae-in his hostage for the rest of her life. He even may marry her and she will bear four of his children. At this point, any other ending would be rushed and tasteless.

I think this episode was amazing. Hyun woo won because we see him in the preview so not only did he recover from the car crash but also only now we have literal evidence of eun-sung committing a crime himself. There is no way out for him now and he will go all out desperation mode. He is caught in the CCTV and because of the accident occurring police will be informed also eun-sung is drunk thus committing a crime he cannot save himself from. In my eyes the episode 15 ending was a win for hyun-woo.

Ep#15 should've ended with Eun-sung heading towards Hyun-woo. Then Ep#16 starts with Hyun-woo escaping and starts the episode on a positive note and start the downfall of Eun-sung.
But no, they decided to severely injure Hyun-woo and kidnap Hae-in. Then have a covert mission to rescue Hae-in. Silly.
I think writer didn't get enough of thousands of dramas happened in last 14 episodes. He really loves them 😂😒
EunSung having the invincible shield is the downfall of this drama. How do you run someone over and proceed to kidnap another without the police going after you? Double U Tea Ef.

I don’t know I am hoping against hope that we will get a happy ending tonight. I was so angry after the ending of ep 15 last night that I couldn’t sleep properly 😅. And yes the drama is called QOT but you can cry from happiness too. I am just grasping at straws now 😂.
It better be happy ending. Hyun woo deserves to be happy at least in the last episode after all we' ve been shedig tears with him the whole series.

I agree with you, this author became so obsessed with audiences that she got lost in the madness of only focusing on the villainous mother and son, the other characters, both from her very powerful family and his, stood idly by, it was all very ridiculous!

There are a couple of times Eunsung implied he didn't have long to live either. (This may be down to translation of subs rather than what he said) Seems there is a lot of threads that need tying off. Fingers crossed that it will be a happy ending for everyone but the murderous two.

I would have ended it differently. In fact Eun sung had better end. It wd have been more enthralling if it was shown that he loses on every front incuding legal battle and loses every thing, money as well as dignity. In frustration he tries to kill Hae in and then whatever is shown.
The real battle between Eun sung and Hyun woon is just not there. He is killed by police which cd have been shown in the end after he loses on all the fronts. He had comparatively easier end without getting punished for his karma.
I didn't get too hurt that hae-in died at 84 years but the fact that her aunt is no more hit me hard bruh!
In last episodes also main leads are suffering instead of evil characters, how much are they gonna suffer?
Obsessed Eun Sung has billions at his disposal and power to suppress and manipulate and true ❤ keeps defeating him. I know he is the antagonist for the main couple but he has never been a rival. He has suffered throughout the entire drama because Hae-in never cared for him and Hyunwoo is too smart, honest, persevering and charming. Hyunwoo is free and still at the company and Hae-in still only loves Hyunwoo. Sul Hee is dead inside and only jail can make her suffer.

I am so happy, i thought it was a sad ending because we are literally 1 episode away from ending the drama and it ends with hyunwoo getting into an accident. I hope eunseong would get karma aswell as his mother, while formthe others i hope everyone would be fine and would get their happy ending 😊
