As much as I LOVED the 2023 aespa releases, I am so happy to see their iconic concept back for their first full album, so hype
This comeback is going to be INSANE!!
It's theorized that as aespa defeated BM during Girls and returned to the real world in Spicy with the strange phenomenon going around and having to deal with it in Drama, there are doubles of them wrecking havoc in their world. These doubles have different powers as shown from the Launch Code. Hence, the implication of Armageddon of being a battle between good and evil. Idk if I delivered that well, but I just read from a co-MY in Twitter.

my theory is that the girls in the Armageddon trailer video are their parallel versions who landed on aespas world to destroy it cause why do they have different powers and demolish a city parallel Karina running with the green mark to draw that alien Armageddon drawing/sign winter at the end could be an alien that shape shifted since her eyes and skin are glowing.. the teaser pics also show KOSMO which they are trying to reach since next level and a alien warning

In savage MV Karina had odd eyes and now Winter has them now. theory that Karina was captured by evil energy by Black mamba. I think Winter trying to destroy Real World now and other members are trying to stop her and free her.

Was waiting for your reaction on this one, literally couldn’t move for 2 hours after it dropped, like okay budget! I think people are assuming they have so sort of alien clones or sth that maybe will be impersonating them? And thus the whole armageddon thing of the ultimate fight that will rearrange the world order. Their looks are absolutely insane, each girl is giving main character vibes (although that last shot of winter and cunty Giselle gagged me the most i think) and knowing the girls are excited about it and going back to their lore has me tweaking bad!

Just shows a bunch of these crop circle like patterns and some in world news broadcasts that might confirm a lot of stuff you mentioned here and in the past 👀
No idea what is going on with lore at this point. There seems to be a duality theme that came up with Drama. It’s like there is a bad version of themselves. In Spicy.. maybe the bad versions were causing the anomalies. In Drama maybe the girls were confused on who was the bad version so they suspected each other at first then figured it out at the end. In Armageddon maybe the bad versions finally show themselves and there is a showdown?? Remember in Black Mamba MV… they say “ we are the Aespa, there can’t be two..”. I don’t know I may be way off. Lol

Back to your "Doppelganger" theory.... I think that's exactly where the story is going. I think this is an evil alternate Aespa, created by BoA's character from the end of SMCU ep. 1, sent as revenge for Aespa defeatiing the Black Mamba.

GISELLE: Has xenoglossy, which is the ability to speak and understand an unacquired language. Maybe that is a Psychic ability, so it could be taken as if it translates over to being Telekinetic...
KARINA: Is the rocket puncher so I could see that morphing to include speed abilities.
NINGNING: Is the hacker but how would that ability react with the real world? All her power is in her fingertips/ nails?
WINTER's armamenter abilities (proficiency with guns and with a sword as we saw in 'Girls') were fairly straight-forward and could easily remain largely un-changed.
The point is winter breathe. So real asspa is back!!! And they are ready to battle.

catwoman reminds me of ive's baddie lyrics and the beginning of the tv show, the girls' winter sounds and then back in time to Drama, there's a fight and a car fire, in spicy there's an accident scene and the chase in i'm unhappy, the cat hand gesture and lyrics in Antifragile by Le Sserafim and heya Ive lyrics, ning ning's whip and blackpink's shut down lyrics. Could also be related to the group G-idle 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ I'm not saying they copied ideas or anything, but I just feel like they're all related to a long and dark story.
They don't, they have SMCU which connects other sm groups like NCT, red velvet, exo and etc. These groups are prone to copying aespa

It's still pretty unclear what the storyline is. The first teaser for this cb was a widening shot of the Armageddon logo carved into Earth's surface akin to a crop circle (kind of alike to those crop circles which some people speculate have been carved by aliens). The co-title-track is called Supernova, which is a cosmic phenomenon in which a white dwarf star (a star ~8000X larger than our Sun) explodes in the aftermath of a nuclear fusion. The star then collapses into a black hole (or a neutron star), but, for this story, the black hole option is pertinent because they have a teaser in which the members are depicted as silhouettes walking into a black hole. Winter has been posting on sns and teasing about the concept having something to do with aliens. Since the title track is Armageddon one can only presume the Earth is in danger and teasers on their official site include a screenshot of a TV news segment which is calling on aespa to prevent Armageddon. They're also making references on their official site about a "super being" and now there are teasers suggesting they're the super beings, as that's what the caption is for teaser photos in which they are depicted with emphasis on their eyes, in which they have contact lenses which look like each members' representative symbol (so, so far we've had Winter and the snowflake symbol and Giselle and the crescent moon symbol and next we'll get NingNing and a butterfly and Karina and a heart). So, overall, they are super beings, the planet is in danger, aliens are involved, a Supernova is imminent, they're called upon to save the planet and the kicker is... The teasers imply that they're the Supernova. It's very... Very interesting. Either way, thanks for reacting to aespa, hope you'll stay tuned for Supernova on the 13th and Armageddon on 27th!
