- Rita Gilligan MBE has been serving in Hard Rock Cafe London since day one on the 14 June 1971.
She has served Elton John, Eric Clapton, The Beatles and Freddie Mercury, to name just a few.
Now 48 years later she's telling the tales of her career and how she saw the original Hard Rock on Old Park Lane turn into a global chain.

Even I'm working in hard rock cafe
She served me and my family, loved that day, the food was amazing and the music was impeccable
Must have been so cool! I also had a job interview for the Hard Rock Cafe rock shop and I “copied” her approach and I was like “I love Rock’n’Roll, I know everything about the history of the Hard Rock Cafe, I play electric guitar myself, I’m basically everything you’re looking for! You’ve got to take me!”. And I got the job. They hired me right on the spot :D

I love Hard Rock Cafe London. I have been here many times and have brought my family from Indonesia to enjoy the best food and service here. The staffs are very very nice, especially the ladies, start from the receptionist. I will keep coming there. Thank you.
