It's Kraven's family that get killed. Miles or Peter can take down all of the hunter bases fairly early. Kraven himself can still be alive at this point, story-wise.

He says "good riddance" because at this point in the side quest, they're just learning that his family is passed and that they no longer need to concern themselves with anyone 'but' Kraven. Until then, they were worried that they'd have to face Kraven's family, but now they don't- hence "good riddance".
Kraven's family is dead so that's why Peter said good riddance he said it bc his family is dead. So they can't attack the city and the only one they need to worry about is just Kraven. You can trigger this if you are in the final stage of the symbiote suit and before Miles helps Peter take it off.
Another Easter egg is when your playing the coney island mission and you go get a prize at the prize corner you could put on one of three hats and when Peter puts on his spider man suit you will still have on the hat
You can’t physically turn invisible, but you can still activate camouflage to use the Prowler strike, which is really the only reason I ever use camouflage anyways.
I feel Spiderman from the first game was more powerful than he is now and it's because they want Miles to take over and to prove there is no need for Peter anymore
