The baking rack. Is actually a cooling rack for baked goods you use when they come out the oven, but I didn't know you can use it like that as well. I think that's very cool. The chicken looks amazing too.

I would have never guessed that one can make suya with other meat types, it looks so delicious I am liking my hands already. I just bought some Suya seasoning at a store I just recently found , and I'm Tryin to learn how to cook with it. I'm wondering if u could use it almost like how u would use like a curry to make like a gravy saise with my chicken while it cooks and if so, would adding tomato's work ?? I knw this doesn't seem like any of the recipes iv seen looking it up on CZcams I'm just trying to see if u could do diff things with it. Iv really been enjoying using it in alot of my recipes (I like spicy foods) . Thnx alot for the upload
