Will Ferrell looking like Bob Ross
Happy little trees
that is better than Jeff Ross, maybe that is his next roll. "Little Puffy Clouds" the movie
Henry Moss Great observation. I didn't think of it while watching, but as soon as I seen your comment, boom. It would be nice to have enough money to just sit around and live your life the way you want. He worked for it, they both worked for it, so congratulations. Anyway.
I don`t see it. But have you considered Lil` Dicky in 30 years?
supermanifold Yes!!!!
Kevin Hart was right about Will Farrell dressing like he gets his clothes from gift bags. 😂😂
It's genius because it works with his persona and imagine how much money you can save every year by not having to look like a "celebrity". This is how you stay rich and how your kids stay rich. Wearing a $500-$2K outfit once is just wasteful.
Joe Stevens that's how rich people dress. Look at Larry David that guy is crazy fucming rich n dresses like a homeless man
reppin'
Joe Stevens lmaoo
Will seems to have a fulfilling life, Kevin seems to have just found some money
that's a hell of a clickbait title
makes it sound like fallon is a recovering drug addict
I don't consider it clickbait. As an early 2000s SNL fan, I knew exactly what the title was referring to. Jimmy would always lose it when Ferrell appeared in the sketches.
I know that too, but the phrase "barely hanging on" is used for people who are suicidially depressed
lol, no its not?
it's not my opinion, the phrase literally means that someone is barely surviving
Anyone: *Breathes*
Jimmy Fallon: *Rolling Around On The Floor Laughing His Ass Off*
The worst part of it is that he knows he's fake laughing. He knows it's schtick.
And I'm sure he knows he's criticized for it.
*CLAPS INTENSELY*
*SLAMS DICK THROUGH TABLE*
LMAO! I knew Jimmy always laughed in scenes, but I always thought he went way too far with that scene in the hot tub. Now that I know Will Ferrell was touching his leg throughout, I commend him for not laughing harder!
Fallon will laugh at anything.
sydney peony jimmy fallon the type of nigguh to laugh at a funeral
Paul Pruett Have you ever seen a Jimmy Fallon skit where he isn't trying his hardest to not laugh?
he proves it every night on his show lol
AG PeXo the Bee Gees talk show sketch. He was usually pretty in command in those. He even got Justin Timberlake to break but didn't himself.
Fake laugh
Came for the cowbell...
Waited for the cowbell...
Needs more cowbell.
I’ve got a fever... and the only prescription is more cowbell.
Jimmy Fallon is always barely hanging on. You could read him the dictionary and the guy would break character laughing.
This.
known to many only for his blasphemy in … " MORE COWBELL " where he totally went out of character and laughed and ruined the skit for so many of us... never did and still don't like him
I feel like this is the fisrt time I've actually seen Will Ferrell as himself
I wouldn't really consider breaking Jimmy Fallon a badge of honor....
hahahahaha
Sorry. I laughed before I read your comment
+Repins Watson Found you, Jimmy Fallon. You can't hide.
Easy pickings. Will couldn’t help himself.
He fake laughs at everything but maybe a real laugh is an accomplishment?
Making Jimmy Fallon laugh is as much as an accomplishment as being born.
Pandas are cool this is one of the dumbest comments I’ve ever seen, do you know the odds of being born lol?
@@lucarossi8913 You clearly didn't get the joke. But whatever snowflake.
This CZcams channel is brilliant. The platform somehow allows these celebrities to feel vulnerable, and the outcome is that you really get to see them as humans, all the good and the bad. It's pretty incredible.
Key point: "you can't do it too many times...."
Current SNL cast does not know this
JBarber3d, right on. Excellent observation and I fully agree. SnL has become purely self-referential. Sad.
Andy Trullinger not really
smiley seriously man, it's like people forget that the very guy that was in this video was in 2 separate movies based on SNL sketches, Night at the roxbury and Superstar
Chris Farley used to always try to get his castmates to break, but it was kind of his thing and was widely accepted by the cast.
Why do you hate the ladies man?
This interview needs more cowbell
FloriPondio HD Ikr I got a fever,
And the only prescription is more cowbell
Please son, life needs more cowbell. Deeply.
I KNEW he was gonna talk about the Jacuzzi sketch! XD Legendary bit.
Most cast members don't talk about reaching a level on SNL where it felt as comfortable as your local gym. They talk about always being nervous.
I absolutely love these videos. Please keep doing this! Being real and truthful in this world is a rare occurance these days.
This light-hearted interview is great. You have such a natural ease with your interviewee and bring up really great questions. Just subscribed.
I watch those outtakes weekly... absolutely hilarious. “LET.THE.BOY....WATCH!” 😂
"You can't do it too many times." And now they do it ALL the time.
"Somewhere in the distance we heard the pounding of Native drums"
iconic sketch! still makes me laugh until this day
I love how these are black and white. Feels more relaxing
I think I've watched every will ferrell blooper and I still enjoy them til now because they're extremely funny, it's not easy to make people break character on set because it might ruin the sketch or the scene but will ferrell is so funny and so good at his his performance that it's very difficult to keep a straight, the things that come out of his mouth and the way he delivers his performance will make you explode in laughter, and you'll laugh hysterically until your stomach hurts, plus he's a great person
There is something unique about will ferrell performing is that when he gets into character he becomes an entirely different person and stays in character for a very long time that even other comedic method actors like sacha baron for example can't pull it off
I heard once or twice Jimmy had a drinking problem and for a second I was like “Damn is my guy Will about to out him”
Getting Jimmy Fallow to laugh...wow that must have been a hard task...
soon as he mentioned Eastbound, I thought "PLUMS!"😂
i know exactly what blooper real you are talking about, F**king gold
what?
I knowww!!! It's the best!!!
Let the boy watch!
Love this video!!!
I love this channel!
I love it when they break character.
It's funny like once or twice, but when it's happening every time it gets annoying.
I think its funny but some people say it gets old. To that I say, why do you watch SNL so much? That show hasn't been funny for years. They have their moments, but you basically gotta sit through an episode of mostly shit to get one or two good sketches. It baffles me that this show is still relevant.
@@bucky90269 I've found that it depends on who's hosting, and who's breaking character/how they're breaking. Ryan Gosling, for instance, can't seem to get through a single actual live scene without cracking up, but it's still (usually) funny to see him try. In the current episodes, when a host and the cast just don't have any kind of chemistry or the show doesn't have any real material to work with, they throw in Kenan Thompson and/or Kate McKinnon and put all of the weight of the show on their shoulders to make it funny.
When they do manage to get a host who actually knows about sketch comedy or at the very least improv, then the entire episode is good. Dave Chappelle's episode, for instance, was great from start to finish. The episodes are also usually pretty damn good when the show manages to bring in a recurring host, so long as they don't rely too much on said host's previous popularity.
I generally watch the opening and a sketch or two, and if nothing's making me laugh, I stop watching the episode--SNL is kind of like a magazine or a newspaper, in that if the first couple of pages aren't grabbing your attention, it's unlikely you're going to find anything better later. And if it turns out there was a hidden gem toward the end, nowadays you can usually catch it online later anyway.
Keep holding on, Jimmy. We love you.
I haven't seen the sketch but I can already tell it was hilarious.
He was great on MASH.
I really thought Trapper was his father until I realized Mike Ferrell was only listed on episodes with Honeycutt.
There's nothing better as a cast than trying to get each other to break
One of my favorite comedy actors
Love Will Ferrell!! ❤❤
Will Ferrell = comedy genius
Will Ferrell lookin' like he showed up to fix the air conditioning
the cowbell scene was great because, fallon could not stay in character. he was laughing at Ferrell just as hard as the audience.
Everyone was. At one point, Will Ferrell was laughing at Will Ferrell. Same with the hottub! scene. I think the only person who didn't break character during "more cowbell!" was Walken.
This is cool because I think it's the first time I've seen Will being himself and not a character, and of course he's still funny.
Good ole Will Ferrell.
This is a click bate-y title. We deserve to know how Jimmy's doing.
“in the hahhttub”
When Farley touches sandlers leg on the zagat sketch Oh lolol
1:58 ¡Preach!
I love the red hot chili peppers. So stoked they did an interview with the drummer.
Those eastbound and down bloopers with Will Ferrell were the funniest bloopers I’ve ever seen. I actually liked them better than the show itself
I feel like "off camera" is a bad name for this series, considering it's a series of recorded conversations. Don't get me wrong, I like it. I would just petition for a name change.
Wills such a great guy man.
I love Will Ferrel
Making Jimmy Fallon laugh probably feels just as good as getting a participation trophy at your local bowling tournament.
The Gus Chiggins skit. That skit right there is the very reason why Will Ferrell is great. Not one of those soldiers can maintain a straight face or not crack into laughter. I remember the first time I saw it. He says to Tracy Morgan, "I think you need to learn some manners", I knew Tracy was going to lose it. It's his ability to not crack, or not break character, ever. And when the camera is on Kattan, Ferrell just keeps banging his pots and pans and you can see Kattan begin to lose it. The exchange between Fallon and Ferrell about the rendezvous point, Fallon can't even hold it together.
i found this on netflix, good show
Congrats on getting Will Ferrell to give you straight answers!
Tim Conway was like Ferrell, making it a mission to get the cast to crack up. Easy targets: Harvey Korman and Jimmy Fallon.
Fallon "barely hanging on" is very misleading
"Let the boy watch" lmao
The skit he is talking about:
czcams.com/video/gqeQLV04kwU/video.html
Will Ferrell starting to look like Ron Pearlman XD
Jimmy Fallon is barely hanging on as soon as whoever his guest is says "hello" haha
Being able to work with Ferrell has to be entertaining in itself.
You guys do understand that this a rare clip of Ferrel not in a character. Most of him, when he knows a camera is on and on him, hes usually in a character. Hes that good. legend
Probably the most aggressive clickbait I've ever seen, but this channel is so good who cares honestly
It shouldn’t be a badge of honor to get Fallon to laugh.
He’s so good of an actor I didn’t even realize he has a normal side to him
Cool to see Will completely himself and seemed to me to not be performing or "on" at all . Very natural and real . Whatever all that means .
Daaave Daave Dave....DAVID....
If you know the history with Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon breaking character, you wouldn't call this clickbait. Anybody that's seen even 1 of Ferrell's blooper compilations would immediately know what the video was about. Just complaining to complain.
That tag line could describe EVERY SKETCH FALLON WAS EVER IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just gonna go ahead and put a happy little tree right here. Some fluffy little clouds right up here.
Is it a badge of honor to get Jimmy to laugh in a sketch? Eh... no... that's pretty much par for the course, innit?
When does this episode air?????
Have a blessed day
I will always reference "Let the Boy watch." Every chance I can.
that wasn't off camera
krisqz u right
The plumssss
If getting jimmy Fallon to laugh was a merit badge for boy scouts, it would be one of the first merit badges a cubby would earn... breathing air makes jimmy Fallon laugh.
why is this in black and white?
Adam Prince they shoot the entire show in black and white as a stylistic choice
Because the producer of the show thinks it adds some sort of artistic credibility to these hacky interviews. Its that "Brooklyn" way of doing things.
brenan6 you do know they don't shoot in New York right? what do you even mean by brooklyn way...
It's provocative
This was filmed in 1939.
That is some clever clickbait
Alex K clever???
Anyone who thought this was clickbait I wonder if there's a correlation to how young you are. I knew exactly what the title was referring to because I watched a lot of SNL during Will and Jimmy's time. I wonder if younger people aren't as familiar with that as they are with news (or rumors) about Fallon's supposed drug/alcohol problem.
Jimmy Fallon has trouble hanging on leaving the driveway
Why are these so short?
"Off Camera with Sam Jones". Black and white doesn't mean its not filmed on a camera
Is it your back? YES ITS MY BACK!
The breaks were often better than the written jokes.
This is the first time I see this guy being serious in an interview
Love Will
...a badge of honor... To get Jimmy Fallon to laugh??? Have you ever seen his show?
Coming into this thought I’d hear about fallons drinking or something
if you haven't discovered the world of CZcams bloopers bless your little heart there's hours of it on hilarious shows like The Office or Parks and Recreation
Will is so Newport beach😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣
The shorts and his relaxed mannerisms. Hes like the coolest rich dude.. most of the people from Newport beach are goobers.
I've never seen him with his own beard before. I approve
Will Ferrell's a Boss.
Remember the SNL skit after 9-11 about the office workers wearing red, white, and blue, and Ferrell's wearing a Speedo.
Jimmy Fallon was always losing it. I think it's funnier when a cast member cracks up anyway.
Literally anything makes Jimmy Fallon laugh tho..
They're not bloopers , they're HAPPY LITTLE ACCIDENTS !!
It's not him so much as it is Rachel Drac. The faces she made in that sketch were just absolutely hysterical and if you notice it Drew can't even look at her
we need a superhero movie with will ferrel , the human owl . he sure looks like one
