I always love seeing Ziggy and Bandit. Its so sweet the way they hang out in a box or just on the table when you go over your haul. If I put one of my babies up there he would jump down right away.

Hi Tiffany, I love the pottery plate.... I just go completely gaga for bright colors with blue! We are slowly changing out dinner plates to a lively set of blue and white from Selamica. Not high end but we both love them! We started with pasta bowls, and recently added square plates.

Try a bit of distilled water on a soft cloth to clean the scratches on the purse, then when its dry gentle rub some petroleum jelly with a soft cloth.

I purchased a Curio Cabinet very similar to that one and I love, love it!!! I don't recall what I paid for it but it is in mint condition as if it was never moved and worth every penny I paid. If I could find another one, I would def purchase it... I want to come to Vegas next year and thrift...
Have you discovered Howard's Restor-a-Finish? It would have made that old desk look fantastic. Here in Maine, I get it at hardware stores or antique malls. It comes in different shades--maple/mahogany/walnut, etc. It covered scratches and puts a nice sheen on the wood. You wipe it on, then wipe it off. You will never make a furniture refinisher out of me, but this is almost painless!

Oh my….one of these days, I’m thinking vintage Avon may get the respect I think it deserves. Avon had quality makers of the day produce their stuff…probably by makers many of us would recognize. In general, I’ve found Avon vintage to be very well-made. While I don’t think they ever had anything made with 14k gold, they did use sterling sometimes, I think,and/or plate things nicely and use some precious stones.Shhh, don’t tell anybody, but I think we all need to hoard some Avon away for a while and when it shoots up in price…we’ll all be rich beyond our wildest dreams. No…just kidding. 😂 But we might just make a tidy profit!😊👍
