    That is a perfect kip up. What people usually forget to mention is the quick hip action that's supposed to follow the strong kick up. When I was starting out I made a mistake of pointing my feet instead of having them flat which allows for a better push off the ground. Another problem was the caving in of my back and core muscles. That made me too sluggish to properly jump off the floor. You took the time to show us the motion of the move and the set up from different angles which made it a lot clearer. Thanks for the tutorial!

    I am still in the middle of the move, I roll, do the accordeon but when it's time for the Kip Up, I can't coordinate the push with the hand with the hip thrust…so always back to the floor. But this video gave me some pointers that I needed!!

      OC is sneaky athletic af. His gimmick makes it really easy to forget that some of the stuff he can physically do, hands in pockets, is just insane.
