Just remember everyone there is no shortcuts to weight loss, you can work out all you want but its 60% diet and 40% working out. Kon is living proof that effort and commitment pays off. Looks absolutely fantastic.

A little tip. Instead of eating that microwave rice get a rice cooker and buy brown rice. It so much better for you and it got so much more nutrients in it.
Iv always liked to eat healthy but covid happen and i got sloppy. I ate more sweets and didn't Relly exercise.. I got diabetes. I had to switch over to full grain/brown rice. I love rice and eat it 3-4 times a week. First couple of times i wasn't too keen on the brown rice but now i prefer it. And it fill you more up and keeps you full.. Definitely worth checking out.
