Apartment No.1 being the most expensive of the lot, I find its kitchen too small so it's not worth the price for me because I don't even see where you're supposed to put your double door fridge in that kitchen. But, it doesn't mean that I don't find it nice. In fact, of all the apartments, No.1 is the best for me in terms of finishings.
Apartment No.2 has potential after the cleaning and painting (and maybe change that laundry area sink as well).
Apartment No.4 has been designed good, the only issue for me is again the kitchen because I keep on thinking of your double door fridge.
Apartment No.6 is okay (needs a thorough cleaning before moving in) ...again, no space in the kitchen for your fridge. The balconies are cute and it's in the same rent range than the others so it's a serious contender.
I love the fact that at the beginning you also showed the street just to have a feel of how busy, clean and/or safe the street is.
I know that you'll choose (if not already) the best one for you based on your budget and I'm already rejoicing for you and waiting for the contents in that place.
The houses are giving Kilimani vibes. Congratulations girl. I have watched this girl from single room up to now. All I see is God.

I'm a silent follower but I love miss Wiro for her authenticity,she's not like creators. The growth man, indeed we should always trust the process and believe in God's timing
House no 4 is great the lightings everything the only problem is the small kitchen, house no 5 is good spacious kitchen with enough storage and the fact that it comes with a pantry is a plus, house no 6 the nature light is a plus, the open kitchen but my favourite remains no 4 I love how it felt warm, intimate and cozy.

My best pick is house #5, wooow! those spaces are massive and can see you build new home , and memories there... can imagine the styling videos, home makeovers and selfcare with that bathtub...the way you love to host this space enough and then some... you even have an SQ which you could covert into an in-laws suite. that house is so you...

HOUSE NO.5 and NO.6 the natural lighting💫 in literally all rooms is favorable to you as a CZcamsr and spacious 🤌🤌(so you are able to diversify your content if its something you want). Ghai halafu the master ensuite has a bathtub and shower separately( self-care content)💅. The balconies are spacious and big. Although No.6 i guess unaweza weka your fridge in the dining area, if its something you can compromise 🙈 coz all other factors across the board are 10/10. You might have mentioned the rent for the three bedroom and the two bedroom are in the same range so go bigger. Above all pray to God to guide you to His Will🙏🙏. Wishing you well on this levelling-up journey to bigger and better things in life💞🥰.

House #5 the (SQ) is not something I’m use to but I think it would be an excellent space for a home office/business also does that space have a separate entry into the home???? the 1st guess bathroom it’s like the door is out of place it should be closer to the sink when going down the hall way I can’t wrap my head around using the toilet then touching the door to wash your hands 🙌🏾 over all I like the placement of every room it’s nice to be able to take a nice warm bath on cold (winter nights where I’m from) ❤to relax this is a very nice space that I’m sure you would be able to make good use of all of the storage 👍🏾

Let God guide your heart to choose what is best for you. Just follow your heart. Though, house no. 1, 5 aand 6 are my preference ❤
House No. 5 hands down! I like the space, the natural lighting, the extra sq will serve as an extra bedroom.
And the space, the rooms are spacious and not squeezed in. This will serve you better and you will appreciate the extra space as you keep growing your family.
It's also best to pray about it and ask God for direction on which one to settle for.
House #3 smh (laundry room view)this apartment is nice 👍🏾 I really like it even the straight/linear kitchen is nice just where is the oven???? I enjoy the layout everything is placed well ❤👍🏾👍🏾

House #6 OMG why is there NO space for a frig 🤯the wall that you would put your stove/cooker on to the far right close to the wall the countertop and cabinets should be removed so you could fit a frig there 🤷🏽♀️and the 1st bedroom is very small I don’t know if it is because the closet space takes up a lot of the room and perhaps a 4 draw dresser would work better maybe the room would be used for a home office/ business over all I LOVE THIS SPACE ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
House number one is really lovely 🌹,i also like no. 4 just because the floors are grey and not so much in my face...the last house has finishing ya kitamboo especially those cabinets and the doors . otherwise,i have enjoyed the video

House #4 is there a shared laundry room in the building????? If so how much of a cost 💲 will you have to add to your budget each week??? Lastly the kitchen once agin has no oven but over all I love the apartment it’s very much New York style here in the US everything is well placed the floor plan layout works very very well ❤❤❤👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

House #2 question how hard is it to but paper down to protect the floors while the home is under construction 🤷🏽♀️the craftsmanship I have a big problem with now the layout for the apartment is very nice I like it I don’t enjoy the guess bathroom to be broken up with the toilet, sink, and shower all being separated because the sink area could be used as a linen closet I’m from the US and I’m not use to seeing a sink in a hallway but I realize that could just be cultural differences once agin the laundry area has a view that I don’t get but all in all I love the placement of everything 👍🏾

House #1 The one thing I’ve never been able to understand is why does the laundry room have a view??? It’s like it’s out of place the 1st bedroom area should be the laundry area/utility closet /pantry area next to the bathroom and the laundry area should be where the smaller bedroom is 🤷🏽♀️but all in all the space is very nice the cook top and oven are a little off to me as well they should be together because where the oven is it should be room for the frig lastly the glass wall in the kitchen is unnecessary they could have added a 1/2 wall and bar counter top for a breakfast eating area I’m not sure of the price but I think the over all design is very much an after thought and not truly functional you may find yourself moving around in circles unnecessarily 👍🏾
