An afternoon and evening with a wood-fired timber frame sauna (ASMR)

Experience my full sauna ritual. I find I enjoy much more than the sauna itself. The entire process of splitting kindling, stacking firewood, starting the fire and stoking the stove until the sauna comes up to temperature is immensely satisfying. This video compresses about 3 hours into 5 minutes of ASMR-style relaxation. Enjoy.

A friend of mine ordered one of those splitters (0:02) on Amazon, but didn't check its dimensions. The one he got was about the size of a mug. Couldn't spit anything bigger than 2.5 inches in diameter ;) Now he keeps it by his computer to remind him to check dimensions before he orders.
