Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era will always have a special place in my heart and soul, these are the most unique Naruto games for me, only Storm 1 was coming close to these Masterpiece Naruto games, especially from gameplay features perspective, I don't know exactly why, but for me, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era are so nostalgic, unique and divine at the same time, I have so many memories during my childhood by playing these Unique Naruto games, Naruto games from PS2 Era was always very close to the anime itself because of the unique vibe and charm☯️
It is easy to see UN5 as the more complete game as that one covers all the way up to episode 51 of the show where there find Sasuke (and again fail to retrieve him). As opposed to this game that only goes up to Naruto’s fight in the woods with Itachi. But I still have a soft spot for this game because of its sweet filler arc, and the fact this was my first Shippuden-anything as a teenager.
The movement in this game was the best to ever come out in any Naruto game
I'd say the only reason to play this game is to experience the better retelling of Part 1 compare to Ultimate Ninja 3 Hero mode and the filler prologue.

This game seems awesome! Of all the videos in this series so far, this one definitely looks the best. I think Master Mode sounds like a cool idea, a little story mode to bridge Part 1 and Shippuden, even if it wasnt executed perfectly it sounds like it was a genuine attempt to provide more game content (and actual "new" content at that) considering they didnt have much Shippuden story they could tell at the time.
The Hero mode looks cool too, it would have been nice though if it were just unlocked and available from the beginning in case you'd rather go through a refresh of the Part 1 content first.
Lastly, the main story mode of this game looks great! The exploration, the cutscenes, everything looks wonderful. It's just a shame how little they were actually able to cover story-wise. Luckily UN5 exists to follow up there, can't wait to check out that video next!
I remember this game was my introduction to the ultimate ninja series, the ultimate moves were awesome, storywise i have mixed feelings about it, on one hand i like the hero mode's story and it's open world but going back and forth in the mineshalf was a hassle as for master mode i think it does a decent job at the retrieve Gara arc the only thing that kinda bothered me was that it was left on a cliffhanger, i know that ultimate ninja 5 picked up where this game left off but it felt as if bandai namco wanted to be the first to make a shippuden game.
I'm telling you they need to remaster this game and put it as an extra side game or an unlockable on the new Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 5
in terms of content only (cutscenes and fidelity of storytelling) would you consider Ultimate Ninja 4 Hero Mode better than the one present in Ultimate Ninja 3?

Still my favorite Naruto story mode of all time
Even though naruto video games has been my favorite for years i got to admit that naruto games has the worst made up stories. This, both uzumaki chronicles and i dont remember completely but i think the clash of a ninja series also has a trash made up store line
Anyone know how to recover when you are getting knocked down
You need to hit the jump but at the right time. It takes some practice but like right before your head hits the ground you need to hit the jump button.

This random master mode was so lame. Could not force myself to play it more than 20 mins.
Ey don't disrespect this mode, it had a beautiful filler story I loved it very much and I still do, I grew up playing this game, it has a better story mode than storm 4 imo
