for parity on single wings like that, you can do the standard alg with slice moves instead of wide moves, but instead of where you normally do 3Rw' on 5x5, you do l' x' instead
so the alg looks like
r U2 x
r U2 r U2
l' x' U2 l U2
r' U2 r U2
r' U2 r'
you can also turn all of the layers except from the l layer down, but thats harder
